Bought the whole quezzle and we loved it! More interesting than usual puzzle and the images are really great. Our 5yo daughter was able to assemble with us. We plan to put it on wall as a picture.

I ordered the whales puzzle as a gift for a family member, who is delighted with it. I was sceptical at first after seeing ads during Christmas sales but I was pleasantly surprised with this find. The designs are just as pretty as they appear on the website, the pieces are cleanly cut & well manufactured. Shipping was prompt, in fact it arrived much sooner than predicted, and in fine shape. (Located in Canada.) The puzzle comes in a sturdy box with the finished design on the lid. Vibrant colours, distinctive shapes, and clearly printed details on the pieces are well rendered in my opinion. I got a smaller size and consider it a good level of difficulty, not difficult but still challenging enough to be interesting, but I can't speak for larger sizes. The pieces are more rigid than pasteboard puzzles, so there is a slight motion / wiggle room in completed sections. Adding pieces to partially completed sections can be a bit tricky as you have to line them up perfectly. Likewise the pieces could be more a choking hazard, but as these aren't puzzles for small children it's not a significant flaw. Those are the only two drawbacks I would mention. The designs and artwork are their own distinct style, and if you don't like the style they may just not be for you. I found that the high variety of colour made specific pieces easier to find (without using the image as a guide) along with the unique shapes of pieces. Overall 5/5. Excellent service, good quality, lovely designs, & will buy again.

I enjoyed assembling the Planet Earth King Size puzzle. I had no issues with delivery and I like the presentation box. The design is fascinating, with many piece shapes aligned to the theme (planets, stars, comets). I like that there were no pieces with straight edges, so you have to start from the inside and work outward. It’s so enjoyable to look at, I don’t want to take it apart.

The products are very cool and high quality and I would buy again anytime. However, the delivery time was quite long (18 days) and I had to pay in addition to the $ 30 delivery costs again $ 20 for the delivery (Brokerage Charges) from UPS! This should have been paid by Unidragon.

Ordered a Mandala puzzle (big one) on the 9th of October to gift my mother on Christmas Day. It arrived one month later with a broken box and possibly lost pieces (the package had holes, and the pieces were spread all over). I immediately contacted them through email with photos and description. Response was that they would send replacement. A month later I asked for a tracking number and if it would arrive before Christmas: no answer!.. Asked again one week before Christmas if it would arrive in time and, I kid you not, their answer was: “Hello, probably yes.” Good thing I already had a plan B for the gift. Bad customer service, bad packaging and honestly I get the feeling they didn’t even send the replacement. Requested a refund. Not really expecting it considering how they have been so far.

03.12.2021 - I paid for four puzzles (for gifts) 10.12.2021 - I asked with e-mail about my order - no answer, 15.12.2021 - I asked again about my order - no answer :(. 24.12.2021 - I got puzzles, but it was too late, I had to buy other gifts :( It wasn't 3-8 days. It was 21 days and no answer from care@ 5 stars for puzzle -2 stars for shipping time and no answering

I received the panda puzzle for Christmas. It was beautifully packaged in a wooden box with coloured design on the lid. I couldn't wait to start it and wasn't disappointed. It was stunning with lots of quirky-shaped pieces like monkeys, fish & flowers. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was broken - easy to happen with wooden pieces many of which are quite small. I emailed the company, received a reply by return & a replacement puzzle was delivered today, just 4 days later. Now that's superb service & customer support! Over the holiday period as well! 10 stars!
