everything is great but I need aimee to call me back

Cheryl from understood care has been very helpful in trying to help me obtain a mobility scooter. She has gone over and above what I expected and I am very pleased with the time and effort she has invested in me. So happy to have someone who cares so much help me. Don't remember the date we started but it's on-going.

I just love Amber. She understood everything and more. She was more like a big sister too me than my personal advocate. A she helped me in more ways than one, in things that I should have known as a older woman. I guess I was too far gone or frustrated with life and other things in life itself. I thank her a wholeheartedly, and wish her nothing but greatness in life. Thank you so much 💓 💗

Was this some type of joke. I got one call from an advisor and never heard any thing else from them. Life is real people are struggling and looking for solutions. If you’re not in business to help why reach out to people with no further information.

I tried on two occasions to get assistance with Understood Care and they could not help me at all. They were friendly and courteous but none of the agencies I was referred to could help me. I'm so disappointed again.

I love this Company. They are straight forward and there is no BS to go through! My advocate, April, is wonderful! She stays in contact with me helping me through all of it. I can ask her any question I need and she always has an answer. April is so knowledgeable it is great talking and texting with her. This is one great company!
