I was assigned an advocate, Krista, but she wasn't reliable at keeping in touch when she said she would. She would say she would call back on a certain day and didn't. I would try to contact her and no response. She never could find anyone to help me with my electric bill. I am now $675 behind and expect a disconnect notice any time now. I am extremely upset that no one will or can help me. I am 69 years old, have a lot of health problems now and never needed help before, always very dependable on myself but times are so difficult now to get by. I am desperate. I was just about to give up literally. Then, I received numerous(a lot) of messages via voice mail from another lady with this company who I finally decided to talk to about my situation since Krista couldn't find any assistance for me. I believe her name was Michelle or Brittany but I'm not 100% sure. She was very convincing that she would find me help. I believed her. She convinced me she would help me and get back in touch. She sounded like I could depend on her. I believed her. I guess I'm a poor judge of character because that was about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard one word from her now either. I don't know how this place has good reviews. I really don't. Addendum 9/17/2026: After Brittany read my review here I received a message and a call from her apologizing for not following back up or assigning another advocate. That, she admitted, was her fault. In her call, she said she would take over herself the role of my advocate and wanted to call me back today at 4 p.m. for more of an in depth discussion regarding my situation and promised she would do her very best to help me. However, she asked if I would go ahead and delete the one star review here on TrustPilot. She even sent me a link. After talking to her, I decided I would wait until she called me today at 4 p.m. before I deleted the one star review. Low and behold to my surprise, she didn't call at 4 p.m. She didn't message. She didn't even call at 5 p.m. I'm done and very discouraged with people who lie to you when you are in a crisis situation and need someone reliable to help you. This place, this organization, is not reliable in my opinion and experience with them. I sent her a message to not contact me again. I need help but not from people whom I can't trust.

I highly recommend this company! I had Sue as my representative! Sue has went above and beyond my expectations of what her job really is about! If it weren’t for her hard work in finding resources for assistance for many things our family is going thru and walking right beside me by making phone calls to places to not only drs for figuring out schedules and referral issues but we would be dealing with no Electic and many other items needed for me to be more comfortable without her help!! She took so much off my plate of stress and feeling overwhelmed! Sue, was so understanding and would be so available to text with things and she would respond back very quickly and be very sympathetic and at times just let me vent and would just say “let me see what I can do for you”! Again, highly highly recommend!

She was very understanding. And she tried her best to get whatever I needed. She is a good representative.

Brooke has been very helpful in making it possible for me to keep my PT appts, She's also been trying to help me find an organization to help me pay for my Zepbound shots, I'm really hoping She's able to succeed with that.

This company is by far the best I've ever worked with! Can I iust say Brittany went above and beyond and gave me the best service. She listened to all my concerns and then went right to work ensuring that every single need was met, she kept me updated and I never had to wonder if things were being done! Brittany was the friend I didn't know I needed. I almost didn't take this call honestly but thankful I did!

I had a great experience. She was very, very helpful.

Tara is excellent she has gone out of her way to help in any way she can Tara is one of top 2 advocates that I have had in my entire life !!! Give her accommodations kudos shout outs extremely great job !! Thank You Dennis Ferrell

My advocate raven , she has been great finding if I have needs and making sure that they are met. I truly appreciate her.
