Melissa, has taken the picked up where Barbara left off she did a terrific job as well. Melissa has helped me with obtaining help with gas for my furnace for the winter and is in the process of getting help with other home maintenance projects. She God sent. Natalie has been kind and informative in my search of getting a mobility scooter. I’m not certain that what Medicare is willing to partially cover will work. They look very heavy. I have a lot of damage to my spine and can’t lift much. Hopefully they have more types available. Thank you Natalie!

Just every one keeps trying to help me stay out of the heat and everything Iam trying to keep this short but still need help and all this month on the 5 th I’ll be two months behind wish I had a stable income and not have to worry every month about rent but yeah they’re trying

The experience I have had so far with the staff ,has been very kind and considerate. Rentals has helped things go quick .Does need to understand though English a little better.

I got a call from my advocate Tamarian about a prescription that I was trying to get. It’s been very stressful being in a senior and trying to get this taken care of. She called at a perfect time. She said she would have everything handled for me I didn’t have to do any of the running around. She would take care of all of it. I was very happy to hear that and she has proven herself correct she has done a lot and she is amazing. She has contacted everybody that needs to be contacted so I can get this going and I’m very thankful because it’s more than just the medication because once I get the medication I can have my surgery which means a lot to me. She’s definitely a godsend and I thank her every day for helping me out.

So far there has been promises to help me but have yet to see anything
