Sharisse is a hidden gem in Understood Care. She has been so helpful to me. She keeps in constant contact with me just to make sure everything is well with me and I'm ok. Natalie has been kind and informative in my search of getting a mobility scooter. I’m not certain that what Medicare is willing to partially cover will work. They look very heavy. I have a lot of damage to my spine and can’t lift much. Hopefully they have more types available. Thank you Natalie!
