Horrible company. They are comitting medicare and Medicaid fraud abuse, bu filing false claims under telehealth services. They rotate contracted customer service representatives advertised as social workers to the patients. These customer service contractors with no real background check have access to patients PHI, medical diagnosis and social security numbers. This is very dangerous because the training is literally 1 day. They rotate these representatives often. They don’t pay their representatives well. They are filing false claims then billing the patients if CMS or the insurance doesnt pay them. This is a fraudulent healthcare company all in all.

Most was my fault, my iPhone is not working properly and probably affected the issue. Although I mentioned that my phone was not functioning correctly and a text to prepare would’ve been good. Oh well

Only contact was the first day I was excepted into the program. Contacted doctors that Kenya brought up,nothing has changed for as any response.

The verbal communication was not good, nor the text. It seemed very repetitive. There was definitely a language barrier. I found most resources myself while she"left messages" for almost everyone and said they didn't call her back. There was one very unfortunate mishap that I won't even go into unless it's verbally with a supervisor. Very disappointed in the service. However, the Advocate Manager, Amanda, was very understanding and helpful. When I went to her with my concerns, she took swift action to help me. Thanks Amanda! FIVE ⭐ for you!
