ROSHONDA IS A VERY COMPASSIONATE, CARING PERSON, I DEFINITELY APPRECIATED HER CONSISTENCY IN MAKING SURE MY NEEDS WERE MET .She is a great asset to your company. Thank you so much for Roshonda. Carolyn Metz. 🥰

I've only been with the company a short time. Emily, who had been my contact has done a great job in obtaining an item that I desperately need. She has maintained contact, both by voice and text, which I greatly appreciate.

My name is Deborah call and I love your services I will not tender for nothing in the world and I love the nurses and everybody else have a blessed day and be safe🥰

I live in a very rural area so finding things is always a challenge. I have need neuropathy shoes for over a decade. I looked here and there and paid good money shoes that just don't help. It's so hard to walk with the right shoe. By chance I saw an ad for Understood Care and looked into. Right away a doctor called me, then I was given my advocate Jessica and it's been such an incredible and easy experience! What a relief! I tell everyone I can now about Understood Care! I can't wait to get my shoes!

The young lady i work with Ms Whitney is awesome she constantly checks on me see if their is anything I need, she works hard connecting me with resources that I need she got me help with my mortgage which was desperately needed. Bottom line she truly care. Thank you so much

Everything thus far has been great. I’m just waiting for some answers on getting some help with my rent. But I have high hopes that Clorissa we be able to get the help I’m needing.
