Saved me quite a bit of Money
I was very pleased with my experience with Underpricer through Kayak. I received the eticket with the original itinerary and airline and at the price that was shown within a couple hours after booking with them. I was a little concerned at first because I usually book directly with the airline, but the airline prices were much higher. Was glad I used Kayak and Underpricer. Very satusfied

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Had booked via Kayak through underpricer for mum to SFO and back. My mum is a cancer patient and was anxious about booking a specific seat . I was willing to buy a seat. Underpricer was unable to book a seat but did not let me know . After that they told me to book the seat directly with Cathay Pacific , but Cathay Pacific kept on pushing me back to my booking agency , even within 24 hrs of check in I was not able to get a seat with the same excuse from Cathay Pacific and Underpricer, both blaming each other . Overall a very negative experience

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever ! Dont spend your money on this site because you will be spending more to fix there errors and not helpful at all!!

Customer service is excellent with…
Customer service is excellent with quick response times helpful advice and follow up emails and phone calls. Unfortunately it was incredibly expensive to change just 1 domestic fight our trip to give ourselves a little more transfer time, so we have left flights as is and hopefully we don’t have a cancellation or delay.

Customer service was great
My bank flagged my ticket purchase as potential fraud as a precaution. I notified them that it was legitimate and they said to run the charge again I called customer service to be sure it was processed properly and a very helpful man named Wilson got the charge put through, explained everything as he was entering it and got our tickets processed. He was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated his help.
