If I confirmed my flight, why are they asking for more money?
Within hours of booking my tickets and receiving a confirmation e-mail, underpricer e-mailed and said: Dear Adama, We would like to inform you that the seat pricing for which the seats were secured at the time of booking was not correct. The effective seat pricing is as follows: Segment Seat Effective Seat Price Boston (BOS) → Zürich (ZRH) 29D $135.98 Zürich (ZRH) → Tel Aviv (TLV) 17C $102.00 Tel Aviv (TLV) → Vienna (VIE) 10C $86.53 Vienna (VIE) → Boston (BOS) 27H $135.83 Total Effective Seat Cost: USD 460.34 As you have already paid USD 360.34, there is an outstanding balance of USD 100.00. If you would like to retain these seat assignments, please reply to this email authorizing the additional charge of USD 100.00. Upon receiving your approval, we will process the charge and ensure the seats remain assigned to your reservation. Kind regards, Abernathy So here's the thing. They say it's that the original fees didn't include taxes. I was like, what government is charging the taxes? What government charges taxes specifically on an upgrade to more legroom? They're like "taxes AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES,"

Dear Adam, Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears that you were offered pre-assigned seats, such as exit-row seats, bulkhead seats, or preferred seats. Please note that these options are offered to our clients to help accommodate their individual travel needs. We'd be happy to look into your case further. Could you please provide your booking details? Alternatively, you may share more information by emailing us at [email protected]. Warm regards, Underpricer
