Great price. Poor customer service after sales

Booking an international flight is so easy and straight forward with Underpricer. I booked it last night around mid-night and within few minutes received an email confirmation about booking from them. I have been chasing for right price (~5k) while open market was not even selling combination I was looking for and closest I could find was 6.5k for a family of three. I saw an ultra competitive price on kayak and viola! Got a call next day to check if I have any questions regarding my booking, seat selections and other stuff. Princy was nice agent to talk to and she also recommend to call directly on the number provided in case there's any issue during transit. We are flying out of US to Asia in 27 hours flight with couple of connections during pick season Dec 16 - Jan2.

I was very pleased with my experience with Underpricer through Kayak. I received the eticket with the original itinerary and airline and at the price that was shown within a couple hours after booking with them. I was a little concerned at first because I usually book directly with the airline, but the airline prices were much higher. Was glad I used Kayak and Underpricer. Very satusfied

Customer service is excellent with quick response times helpful advice and follow up emails and phone calls. Unfortunately it was incredibly expensive to change just 1 domestic fight our trip to give ourselves a little more transfer time, so we have left flights as is and hopefully we don’t have a cancellation or delay.

Definitely the best price I could find for flights to Europe and back in July. I was being contacted by some agent to upgrade by choosing seats, etc. which I found unnecessary and just ignored. The seats we got without paying for them were just fine.

Great service with low prices

Flight was cancelled however Underpricer provided full refund. Customer service was very good.
