I liked the fact that this company takes the initiative to keep contacting you to make sure you are confident with the information provided you. It's something you don't come across easily these days. I had questions regarding the size & weight of the carry on bag. Their Customer Experience Team rep Samyra, made quite a few calls to me to make sure I found the information I was looking for and I'm glad she did because I wasn't positive about the info I found on my own.

Unfortunately, my experience with Underpricer has been very disappointing. After ANA canceled our return flight from Shanghai to Washington, D.C. due to a typhoon, we were told that we could either wait approximately 10 days for a new flight arrangement or pay an additional $4,948 for a confirmed itinerary. Because of an urgent family circumstance, we had no practical choice but to pay the additional amount. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Underpricers regarding a refund of this $4,948, and I was told that a refund request had been submitted to ANA and was under review. However, weeks have passed, and I still have not received the refund or clear documentation showing the status of the request. Sadly, I am still waiting for this refund process to be resolved.

I bought a ticket that included carry-ons. It arrived without the carry-ons. I told them about this, and they say it was their mistake. I made very clear I could not pay more money, I was told not to worry about that. A few days later they added the carry ons, slightly changing the flight times, and asked me for an extra 500 USD. I told them I didn't accept that offer, that I would stay with what I had. But...the airline informed me they deleted my original ticket from the system (without my consent). They are now asking for my credit card information to issue that same original ticket. So no carry on, no ticket, and now I have to pay them to recover the original ticket? (I asked if they were going to charge more money and there was no reply so it all felt really uncertain). Although there was no reply about how much it would cost to recover the original ticket I have been offered a refund, which I will accept and I hope it arrives. I will update my experience once the refund period/UPDATE SEPTEMBER 19TH: I RECEIVED THE REFUND.
