I've been on the phone to Underpricer for over 30 minutes now, after ringing the number provided, they sent me to another department, who then sent me to the 'confirmations team'. And this is just to check why the flight booking hasn't been processed. They rang my boss twice to convince him to book a different flight.... I thought I was booking with Kayak and you scammed me into this AWFUL company. Absolute waste of time. And they dropped me off the call without picking it up.
