Underpricer is a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM. Through their service I purchased business class tickets to Europe, and paid extra for FULLY REFUNDABLE tickets. When I had to reschedule my trip and cancel the tickets, they charged me processing fees equal to $400 per ticket! THIEVES!

Overall positive experience with this company (UnderPricer). Being a first time user, I feel that deal offered was reasonable / fair and had I no issues with airline reservations provided by the company. Was also contacted by company representative about getting advance seat assignments, but never received a response when I asked if additional fees might be involved. Would recommend this service to others.
