Fantastic service very helpful

Everything went well.

I used Kayak to compare and purchase flights for a trip that is a month away. Somehow I was redirected to Underpricer.com (???) and it's complete scam of an operation. BUYER BEWARE - that while your flight may seem cheaper through this site, ultimately you will be raked over the coals financially whether or not you actually take the trip (or whether or not the flight actually exists or not). You have 24 hours after booking to make ANY supposedly free changes to your flights of any kind.... but the reality is, once you click submit to book it, you are screwed. Out the money and then some. I have a ticket to a country where the entire region is issuing DO NOT TRAVEL warnings and the country where the connecting flight connecting flight is was bombed yesterday, so I really want to cancel my trip - but alas, these reasons are not valid enough for a refund with this company. Customer service told me that not only will I receive NO refund, but any changes to my plans will cause me to incur a $250 change fee per flight ON TOP of the additional airfare for the new ticket. When I asked what happens if the new flight is less expensive?? They answered that the new flight must be MORE expensive than the original plus the change fees. SO IN CONCLUSION, I can't cancel global security/safety reasons and in order to reschedule the trip further out to an arbiitrary date (ie. when the war ends?) I will need to pay expinentially more $$ to make the change. Total an complete scam. I'm contacting my attorney and the better business bureau, this cannot be right. And, Underpricer, I see how your response to all of these negative reviews is to state that you tried to contact the person to dicsuss refunds but they didn't answer - yeah right!! I guess the number gets filtered out by SPAM blockers.

It's the first time to buy the ticket from this company. I thought I'd receive a cancellation notice after I bought the ticket, because the discounted price I paid. I believe it until I checked in! I'd recommend this company. The service is reliable.
