This company should not be allowed to…
This company should not be allowed to sell flights. I booked a confirmed reservation through Kayak’s partner “Underpricer.” I received a confirmation email, everything looked fine. Days later—by complete chance—I checked their website only to find out my flight had been quietly canceled without any notification. No email. No call. No refund notice. Nothing. Had I not stumbled upon this, I would have shown up at the airport with my two young children, only to be told we had no booking. This is not just poor service—it’s completely irresponsible and possibly illegal. When I contacted them in horror, it took them three full days to respond. Their email? A generic apology and a laughable suggestion to rebook. As if I’d ever trust them again. This is not a minor inconvenience. This is gross negligence and a complete failure of basic business ethics. Avoid “Underpricer” at all costs, and Kayak should be ashamed to partner with such an outfit.
