My experience was with Kari
My experience was with Kari. She was very helpful after Kayak had canceled my trip due to a price increase. She searched and found me another flight. I was annoyed at booking 3 tickets for one price only to have 1 ticket canceled through Kayak. Other then that she was perfect even though I must of sounded cranky. Thank you Kari.

This was the best experience purchasing…
This was the best experience purchasing airline tickets. I tried booking my flights through Kayak and for some reason the price changed and my booking was canceled by the system. Within minutes, I received a call from Everett, one of the representative at UnderPricer. He was able to get my much better pricing and I was able to book my tickets. He also made sure my baggage quantity was updated as it was wrong. I would book with Everett in future for sure.
