I was nervous about a customized purchase, since I could not actually see an example of *exactly* what I was buying (which is completely understandable with customized products). I reached out to customer service to confirm a few specific details, and they were able to get in touch with the artist, who provided a proof of the customization I had asked for! Above and beyond what I expected, and of course the product looked GREAT so I was able to purchase it in full confidence that I would love it when it arrived.

I'm an Irish customer and worried that delivery would be slow, but it was much faster than expected! A correction I sent for one of the personalised items was responded to immediately and the goods I got were in great condition. Great quality products too, I'm a very happy customer!

Horrible customer service, said it was my fault that I put in wrong address. My order went to Nebraska. I put in address for Dripping Springs, Texas. Said it was my fault because I didn’t put in Drive in the address. Will not give me a refund or send item. Stay away from this Company!
