The product I ordered was of excellent quality. I had a special request with the order and customer service was the best, most responsive and helpful I have ever experienced. Also, the product arrived earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to order from UncommonGoods again. Highly recommend their products and service.

The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged. The associate handled my issue in a very timely manner. She was very nice and professional.

The item I ordered was damaged during shipping. I called and a new item was sent immediately. The process couldn’t have been easier.

Quick feedback and resolution. I sent an email that I had inadvertently sent the the package to the wrong place without a birthday message and Lucy was on it and resolved everything quickly.

As soon as I emailed pictures with explanation of my concern re: a defect from item purchased couple months ago, Uncommon Goods responded immediately in processing a replacement of the same item. This was amazing customer service response. As of today, same item replacement is in transit and I’m to receive it in couple of days. Hoping no problem with this one as we loved it but labels on it started to peel off.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and it genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to help me get my issue figured out.

The customized wine glasses I had gifted to family showed signs of wear after only two months of use. I contacted Uncommon Goods customer service and had the issue taken care of promptly. Another set of glasses appeared within two weeks, which made me a very satisfied customer!
