I have been shopping on Uncommon Goods for quite some time. Recently, I had an issue in trying to place an order and a young lady name Lucy was wonderful in helping me. I was able to place my order and she was even able to help me try to find an item that I wanted to reorder from years ago. Everything I have ordered from this site has been of beautiful quality and I enjoy giving many of them as gifts. What a pleasure that their wonderful customer service matches the beautiful quality of their products.

I purchased a necklace to gift a friend for her birthday. When it arrived, the packaging was damaged /tampered with. I called the customer care number, and the service was impeccable. The representative who worked with me was professional, considerate, and I think I received the replacement necklace even more quickly than the original! When you purchase something online, it passes through many hands before it reaches yours. Mistakes can be made, the product may not always be perfect. Courteous and prompt customer service is invaluable though. Thank you for the positive experience!

I like the variety of items offered. Great place to find unique & fun gifts for people with a wide range of interests. I found the Live Chat to be very easy and helpful, and was able to get a fast response to my question.

I recently ordered two of the Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths from Uncommon Goods. When they arrived they were shattered. I immediately called customer service and they were not only helpful but very gracious about replacing the items. I was so happy when the replaced bird baths arrived safely and all in one piece! They are adorable and will be a nice accent to my outdoor space. Thank you Uncommon Goods for having such a great return policy and for the outstanding customer service you provided.
