Similar issue to others with “perks”
Similar issue to others here. I NEVER sign up for “Perks” anything. Credit card charged for perks membership 12/24. Husbands credit card arrived with another 12/24 Perks Membership. His last purchase was 2021. He also NEVER signs up for perks anything and does not have an UG account. Suggest corporate figure out what’s going on. I am a long time (previously very happy) customer not coming back. Appreciate UG response. What is not addressed is my concern about how the initial “signup” for the Perks occurs. I have to believe it is a duplicitous process if both my husband and I failed to understand we had “signed up”. Great to be “reminded” annually about renewal but in the flood of marketing emails I am sure reminders were never seen. There is a tremendous email burden associated with buying from UG. Bottom line. If a loyal consumer like me is ticked enough to swear off your company someone should be looking at your processes.

Thank you for your feedback! The charge that you're seeing is the Uncommon Perks membership for a year of free shipping. When the Perks 2 week free trial is added to your cart, unless the auto-renewal is turned off, the annual Perks fee will be charged. Then, when it comes up for renewal one year later, we'll email you a reminder one month before the Perks automatically renews. You can always check on your membership expiration and renewal dates by logging into your Perks Account Page. The membership fee entitles you to a full year of free standard shipping on all US purchases, two $5.00 Uncommon Credits through the year, and member benefits such as additional savings during Perks Days! We offer a refund within 30 days if you haven't used it. We've reached out through Trustpilot to assist you further!
