$400.00 light saber that was defective. Bad contact connection at speaker within the warranty period. They refused to honor the warranty, then they were going to fix it, changed their mind. Poor customer service, broken promises.

JUNK! Do NOT believe their website reviews. Spent 500+ dollars with this company, sabre worked a couple times, no help from company customer service.

So I received my saber and went through the steps to charge it. I let it charge for a full day, press the button and nothing. All I can see is the light on the on button flash 3 times, the blade does not light. Checked the battery voltage and it was at 4.26V. Noticed one of the neopixel blade pogo pin was stuck down. Sent it back, waited almost 2 weeks. Got it back and it turns on but no smooth swing. I adjust the settings to max sensitivity, still no smooth swing unless I hit the hilt. Then on several occasions while powering on, the saber continually emits the swing sound in rapid succession without me moving the hilt. I captured it on video and sent it to U/S. they say send it back again for repairs. I had already paid $50 to send it the first time. I declined on spending another $50 to send it back. Lesson learned.

Husband bought one over a year ago and it had to be returned for repairs 3 times, $500 product....traded in the 3rd time for an upgrade, that doesn't work either, $700 product...P.O.S....FRAUDULENT COMPANY....SCAM COMPANY....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I spent $572 on an obsidian saber.. just for the obsidian launchers not to work with the saber, that and the battery and the charger it came with sucked. The battery caught fire and almost exploded when I put it in the charger, the blade constantly flickers a bunch of colours when I don't want it to. I wish I went to this site first. I can't even get a refund cause it'll be in store credits, I don't want to use this place at all anymore.

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first. I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.

Avoid this company at all cost. You can get the same quality and features without all the nickel and diming upgrades Ultra Sabers charges for. I just met with them at a con over the weekend ready to buy after casually checking out sabers at various cons for years. Their staff was rude, unhelpful, and overall completely incompetent. I ended up buying three sabers from one of their competitors a few aisles over and couldn’t be more pleased.

Customer service is basically nonexistent and slow. Can explain the problem multiple times n they will teach u absolutely everything u need to know about AAA batteries but not read or try to comprehend ur problem. They are inconsiderate with a 3 days return policy where they wont read ur msgs for those 3 days n tell u everything about AAA batteries make sure u dont use 1.2v or heavy duty carbon zinc u need 1.5v alkaline batteries idgaf if thats not ur problem figure it out and thankyou for ur money.
