I just got my anakin Skywalker saber and it doesn’t even work brand new in box. EDIT; now they will only cover $25 to send it back to them to fix and refuse a refund for my BROKEN product, never buy from this company

Their custom Aeon hilt came unable to change color. Had send it back to refit/repair and upgrade. Worked for awhile, not long enough to duel. Sound chip started scratching/skipping and affecting the lights. Followed the troubleshooting process. Broke a solder joint because it was too fragile to handle removing the battery. The wiring is shit. The soldering is shit. Having to send it back and forth until it works is shit. They promise a product they don't understand how they can deliver. No third party can their mistakes either. That's how bad they are. It might as well say Tesla on the side.

20% restocking fee and you have to pay for your own return shipping. That’s absolutely ridiculous nowadays.

Placed an order and immediately requested a cancelation over email a minute later. Was informed after a few emails insisting I just buy a different saber and then let them know what I bought to have them fix it that I couldn't cancel without over a 50 dollar restocking fee for an item they never took off the shelf. Terrible customer service from Brent. Never again.

Horribly built light sabers for exorbitant prices. Do not buy!! The one I bought broke within 1 month of use. The customer service team is also horrible with lack of sympathy for the cost of the light sabers and when I attempted to send the light saber back for repair (as they requested), they didn’t accept the package and it returned to my address which I was then out of pocket for shipping.

Listen to the reviews, I ignored them and have the worst experience ever. We had an issue with shipping where a package was stolen off my porch. I flagged a concern IMMEDIATLY to Ultra Sabers, and their resolution was to blame the customer. The refused a refund given all the information and proof that was provided. They had lack of sympathy, and just said "YOU AUTHRIZED A SIGNATURE RELEASE THIS IS ON YOU." Weird, because I didn't and wouldn't do that. Do not order from them, if there are ever any issues with the item you receive you're stuck with what you get, no replacement, no return, no refund. You're better off with Amazon where they value their customers, the feedback and will work with you to refund or replace. Screw Ultra Sabers, enjoy small claims court for a $500 order. POS company.

Horrible experience. Ordered a premium neopixel saber of 440-, I was warned ahead of purchase that the model wasn't frabricated by ultrasabers themselves, Arrived broken broken, with scratches, damage to the electrodes which caused it to malfunction, still no resolve to this day, even after extensive communication with their customer service. Steer away, may the force be with you

Purchases 2 light sabers from Ultra Saber at the NY ComicCon. Both sabers were single color with no sound. Battery life is horrible and one had a fault within a day. We bought 2 custom lightsabers with upgraded "battle worthy" blades and color. We intentionally did not get the pixel and sound with the expectation that just the LED would last longer. First the battery life on the sabers is ridiculous, 30-60 minutes max. An LED that burns that much power? Second the color on one of the sabers went wrong within 20 minutes. The color went from purple to pink to red. I was still at NYCC so I went to the booth. They told me that happens when the batteries start to die. So they sold me a product with nearly dead batteries? Annoying but it happens. I bought new ones from UltraSaber and replaced them. 10 minutes later started happening again. Took it back again... "you must have gotten bad batteries". At this point I was frustrated and started talking much louder about the quality and power problem.... that's when they finally offered to look at the electronics. The color was fixed, battery life is still garbage but least it holds a color. Note: Not my story to tell, but while at NYCC booth 3 other people came up with broken or non-functional sabers as well. Minimum. Do not expect the battery life to last more than 1 hour. Do not expect good customer service.
