Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. It is a complete scam. You cannot return anything because, despite my sending them all the FedEx info and who signed for the saber, they will pretend they didn't receive anything. This company has the saber and my $500. Again, DO NOT SHOP with Ultrasabers.

I don't know what the bad reviews on here are for, to be honest. I recently bought an Ultrapixel Spectre lightsaber and got it shipped to England, where I live - taking advantage of one of their sales. It is genuinely my favourite of all the lightsabers I own. It's incredibly responsive, well-made, heavy and durable enough for actual combat (which is helpful as I plan to film with it), and the UltraProffie tutorials on the YouTube channel are easy to follow. At the same time I purchased a Bellicose lightsaber, but forgot to add a sound board (I only wanted Obsidian Lite in this one). Brent was incredibly helpful in facilitating this change for me before my order had shipped. As part of my order I also received a free stunt 'initiate' lightsaber (which my nephew is over the moon about). This week - a couple of months after I bought it - I tried to plug in the Spectre to charge it and the light on the board wouldn't come on. I emailed the customer service team again for advice on whether I had killed the battery, and Nichole talked me through how best to troubleshoot the situation. The lightsaber is now working again, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I hope more people put reviews for Ultrasabers on Trustpilot in future because I honestly think they deserve far better ratings.

My daughter accidentally(?) charged one of these lightsabers to my credit card. When I received the toy, I never, (and still haven't) opened the shipping container. They won't take back the toy and refund my money. Naked Greed on disply here. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Even if it's dodgy, you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Had issues with the light/batteries since day one. I repeatedly approached Ultrasabers "customer support" only to be told the issue was the wrong batteries/wrong charging/user error. Also, using electrocal tape to hold the wiring together? Shoddy piece of crap

If 0 is an option this is what I would give them. They are terrible with Customer service. I have had issues with both of my orders I had made. One of my orders had a double code go to it I don't know how that happened. I had paid for it and then I get told that I can't get it because of the codes. I get told that I need pay the difference even though it was a mistake on their end. My other order I had made they didn't want to mail it because of a different billing and mailing. I sent them all the information to have it sent as well as explaining the situation to them. I had to deal with a terrible customer rep that made it his mission to make it as difficult as possible His name is Wiliam. Even with all the information that was given to have the order move forward. He still denied me my order after I sent all the information. Then he asked me to send a picture of my ID and the front and back of my debit card I explained that I will not do that then asked for a refund. It had been 3 days and have not got a response or an acknowledgement on my situation.

Defective product and worst customer service ever. $200 light saber does not work. Customer support by email only. They have a short 3-day return window which will run out because they are slow to respond to emails. Different agents respond to emails without reading through the emails properly and keep asking you to repeat the same troubleshooting steps. It has been one week of emails and they still haven't agreed to replace the piece of junk they sent me. Also, return policy is terrible - store credit only with a 20% restocking fee This is a borderline scam company. Don't buy from them

i just recently ordered with ultrasabers for the second time and spent over $2000 between 2 different orders. the first time i ordered from them was around the time the kenobi series came out (june 2022). I received my stunt sabers promptly with no issues. with my second orders i had a change of heart about a $350 bundle that was already in processing and wanted to switch for other custom sabers equaling the same value. the website chat system was extremely helpful with getting me in contact with a rep by email and answering my MANY MANY questions. once in contact with brent through email we spoke back and forth a few times and within 24 hours of making new choices he was able to walk me through the process to switch the items and they began fabricating. bad reviews i often see seem to around the time of pandemic and parts shortages. everyone i talked to at this company was nothing but pleasant quick and friendly. a great team, with great products at a fair price. 10/10 recommend in 2023

I had bought a saber a while back from them and it had an electrical issue within the warranty period. I reached out, and they said they wouldn’t fix it. I heard their customer service was better now, so i reached out, and they apologized and said they would fix it, just email them. 4 weeks later, still no response.
