Ordered almost two months ago. No communication from them, no word on when my order will be processed. I have emailed several times with no response besides the auto-reply that they are backlogged and answering emails as quickly as possible. I’ve tried calling but no luck there either. Tried commenting on their Facebook posts and tried Facebook message. Absolutely no answer. Take your money elsewhere.

Saber came with faulty on/off switch. No customer service available. They don't answer the phone, and you’re unable to leave a message. I sent three emails and have yet to receive a response. This was a present for my 11 year olds birthday. Poor product and ZERO customer service. Shame on you Ultrasabers.

This company is a sham. Don't believe the positive reviews, I simply don't understand. Six emails with no response, no phone calls. Got a mystery box and received a saber worth less than what I paid for it AND they shipped it to a defunct address, despite sending four emails trying to update the shipping address. They are crooks who will rip you off. Shame on you, Ultrasaber.

It took over a month to process my basic light saber, then the crooks said i needed to pay $89 shipping fee if I wanted to get it within 6 weeks!!! Don't call the phone number, much like the owner and the people who work there, the light is on, but no one is there. When I finally received it 8 weeks later, the quality is very poor. I think they must be self-generating the positive reviews! I'm doing my part to spread the word on the joke of a company to inform people so they don't have to experience this. Emory is a crook!

They took a week to respond to emails which is currently the only way to contact them. They had my order “processing” for four weeks and now are saying it will be 3-4 weeks for it to ship?? By the way I ordered it January 9th It’s currently January 24,What the hell? I live in the USA and that’s where they are made why does it take that long?? And because it’s “processing” I can’t get a refund for it. I’m so angry that I spend two hundred dollars on this site.

Order 3 lightsabers at 27 dec 2019 Writing the email regards on address issue since date of order, and it been almost a month, the email hasn’t been reply. The order is not processed but my credit card is already fully charged. At least replied customer email, we understand the busy period but the website say fews day longer in email replying. But last week, you were able to launch a campaign sending ads by email with your current customers waiting and flustered. Will not buy from this company again

Ordered a Saber on December 26th 2019. I looked at delivery estimates and emailed about 2 weeks after as my order was still "processing". It has now been exactly a month, I have emailed Ultrasabers 4 times and have not received any response or update on my order. All i have received is "We are expecting longer lead times due to the new movie". I completely understand that they are busy with the rise of skywalker release, but they need to let their customers know BEFORE they buy. It has been almost a month with zero idea where my saber is. They didnt seem to have any trouble taking the $300 from me straight away, yet cannot email me back with an update. Never again. Lets hope I get the saber before another star wars is made.. :/

Don't buy from this company. 3 weeks for delivery. The light saber was for my 13 year old son. After only 3 days it fell apart. I sent messages every day and no response. Guess I wasted $200 because he got nothing.
