Stay away from this place. They do not call or email you back for weeks. They disappointed my son for his 10th birthday when ordered on 2/15/20 and it's now 3/24/20 and it still hasn't been made? It stated 3-4 weeks for delivery. They were quick to cancel my order when they finally contacted me after 3 weeks of me questioning what was going on. Just told me it wasn't even worked on yet. ( BTW they say it take them 1-2 days to make the saber ) yet 3-4 weeks with nothing? No emails, no calls, just people looking to take 20% ( restocking fee ) of your money because they suck and don't do what they said they are doing. If I can give them a 0 star I would. They offered me a 20% discount off my next order for the delay, so I said give it to me now since I was inconvenienced and nope! Canceled it! Despicable company!!

Never got a tracking number, so I emailed them. Got automated responses that repeated the same exact thing. "Due to high volume of orders," and so on. Then came another automated email, asking about my experience and to leave a review. So, I did. I had not received my Saber, nor any communication from a person about my Saber, so I pointed that out in my review. Next day, I get an email from Rachel at Ultra Sabers. "Sorry, our warehouse looked over your order. I promise it will be sent out in 1-2 days." I was excited, all over again. I was dumb. Saber is already 3 weeks late at this point but I had paid for 2 day shipping! I was sure to get my precious Saber by the end of the week! Nope. The next week, I emailed Rachel again, and never got a response from her. I got an email from Brent, instead. Brent was letting me know that the warehouse did not have the hilt that I ordered and proceeded to offer me 4 alternative options, AT NO EXTRA COST to me, and would ship out the next day. The 4 options were previous, cheaper versions of the hilt I had ordered or completely different hilts, again cheaper. For claiming to fabricate the hilts in house, seems a lot sketchy to me. I told Brent that I was dissatisfied with the options that he poised, but relented that if I must choose a lower hilt than what I PAYED FOR, I would want the soundboard added. At no extra cost to me. The lack of communication and professionalism at Ultra Sabers amazes me. Now an entire month late, Brent emails me today, again. They made the changes to my order, he claimed. SPOILER ALERT!! I logged in, checked, they had not made the changes.

If you're thinking of ordering ultrasabers and want it to ship internationally. Forget it, the shipping price is not worth your time. It took ultrasabers exactly 2 months for my saber to arrive and the shipping was not cheap. (January to March) The funny thing is, is that ultrasabers already had my order ready to be shipped. I had to email them 2 reminder about my order (Feb 12th) & (March 7th) and then they're like: "Thank you for your order with Ultrasabers. I looked up your order and it looks like it did not ship out with the 4 week lead time posted on the website. I apologize for any inconvenience with this order not shipping within the 4 week lead time," is pretty much they left my order to the very end. Did I mention that the saber that I ordered was the cheapest and simplest out of all the other sabers they had? Poor management and excuses explaining how they are busy with many of their loads of orders.

Company makes good products but took almost 3 weeks to arrive (mystery saber so an easy one to ship) and they also have no returns without a fee. Which I have recently ordered my second one and cannot change something i missed now without costing me money, even though it has not been processed and likely wont be for another week at minimum. All in all though good product and worth the wait as long as you look through everything first

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered light saber for son and spent $240. Stopped working after two weeks. Repeatedly emailed to try to figure out how to make it right. No response. Phone message box is full. Emails aren’t replied. I just filed complaint with BBB and they have an F rating and 39 complaints and 24 that they have still not dealt with!

Ordered 1/06/2020 for two sabers and paid overall about $500. After six weeks I got in contact with someone at the company and they said that it would ship by 2/20/2020. Well, the following day I get an email saying that my order cannot be completed as I wanted unless I wait an extra week or they send me a cheaper product for the same price. I opted to wait and they said it would ship by 2/27/2020. Two days later and still nothing. Awful company, awful customer service. Do not order from these clowns.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order from this company on 1/23/20 and did NOT receive it until 2/22/20. I contacted their customer service 3 times with no response and no one ever answered the phone number listed on their website.

I spent over $800 on 3 sabers. It's been just shy of 1 month and no update on status, no response to my email. If the company is reading this, hire more people to handle CS. Also, BE UP FRONT about your delayed lead time on the website so people see it BEFORE they buy. Don't just have an automated email reply. This is just the WRONG way to do business. We are disappointed and currently out of $800.
