Im gonna be blunt here but i was gonna write a review and realised it was gonna be the same as everyone else's so there was no point. I have also asked to cancel my order and gotten no reply

Ordered a saber and it took two months to receive it. Once received it would not activate. I've wrote two e-mails and left two messages, and a month and a half has gone by with no return calls or e-mails. This company is a scam and I'm going to have to go through legal measures to get my money back for a horrible product.

Past the 4 week lead time. Took money and get automated responses. Next step is a lawyer over a light saber. Scum.

I ordered 3 sabers in early January; when they did not arrive by the end of February I sent an email. I got no reply until early April (and no one ever answered the phone or returned calls). The email said that one of my items was out of stock, so I would have to either downgrade (without compensation!) or wait several more weeks. I asked for a refund, which was ignored. Now I'm just waiting and hoping something eventually arrives, at best 4 months after I paid for it. Will never shop there again.

Thanks to trustpilot the owner saw this and was able to remedying the situation. We have received our product. Thank you Trust pilot for you help.

Don't buy from this scam-company, all they want is your money without giving anything in return, ridiculous waiting time, if you cancel your order you lose 20% and even then you have to wait months for your refund.. SCAM COMPANY

Garbage pure garbage I ordered my saber on janurary 24 and I've been waiting 4 months! I got two emails from people who work there saying It will be shipped in 1-2 days I'm still waiting and nothing! Please dont order anything from this company it's a pure scam

Honestly never ordering anything from this place again. Ordered saber feb. 15th and received on March 28th. I paid for the hip holster and clip so I'd be able to take out blade and put it on my hip. Well they tighted the blade screw almost to the breaking point of the blade and cross threaded the screw in crooked now I can't take the blade out and the hip clip is useless.
