Terrible service. Just answer an E-mail or the phone. Ordered Dec. 2 and did not receive until Jan. 2. Website said it would arrive before Christmas. I can understand being busier than expected but not communicating at all is wrong. Never again.

I placed an order for a diamond Savior on 29/11/19 to make use of the 20% discount. The order totalled to just under $500. I’m a UK costumer so I obviously don’t expect the same delivery time as US costumers but the company have proven to be almost impossible to contact. The phone number diverts straight to voicemail, which says to email as the best option. I have sent two emails, but with no response at all. The irony is that I have had two delivery confirmation emails to confirm I have received the order, and if I haven’t, wait 24-48 hours then contact them. I now feel left completely in the dark as to what is happening, though I have checked the status on my profile and it says the order is still processing. Finally received my ultrasaber yesterday 24th January. The product itself is amazing! 5 Star functionality. It’s a shame there are a few very light scratches on the hilt but it goes along the grain so doesn’t look hideous. It seems the company were just struggling to get round to everyone because of the season and because of the film release.

Ordered 2 sabers totaling almost $400. Its been over a month and a half and have still not received them. Emailed 5 times to both emails on the website with no responses as well as dozens of phone calls. Left messages on the answering machine and still nothing. I paid with my Amazon account who refunded me my money. They said that they are having several claims like my own already stacked up against this company.

I ordered the saber on Dec. 15th, and it said it would take 7-10 business days to deliver. I sent my first email for an update on the 23rd and didn’t receive a response. Sent a second email on the 30th and did not receive a response till January 6th. They said that the slow customer service and shipping time was due to a larger number of orders than they expected. I appreciate that, with the new movie coming out. However, it was frustrating to not get any updates on what was happening with my order in addition to not receiving the order (a gift for my brother) by the order estimation. It should state on the site that there will be a delay so that people looking to get a time-sensitive gift can make a decision on whether or not go buy.

Ordered a saber for my son who is in military at ait. The only thing he asked for for Christmas. I ordered it on December 8th. Have email them multiple times. No response. I've called them, but mailbox is full. They advertise fastest shipping in universe. Lol. Td off!!! Update: ordered on December 2nd. I've tried calling and emailing them about when it would be shipped. It's now January 11th. Still no response.

J'ai commandé un sabre laser le 11 décembre, pour offrir à Noël et je n'ai jamais reçu le colis. Pas de numéro de suivis transmis et le compte bancaire a été débité. Lorsqu'on essaie de contacter le site on a juste le droit à un message automatique nous disant que suite à la période de Noël et la sortie du dernier star wars ils sont surchargés. Relances et appels n'aboutissent pas. C'est encore plus honteux de se vanter de livrer pour Noël et de ne pas tenir ces promesses. Je me suis retrouvé à ne pas pouvoir offrir mon cadeau à Noël et devoir en trouver un autre ! $100 de voler par le site, c'est une honte.

I purchased 2 sabers for over $400. I never received the sabers and never received a reply to my phone call and emails. This company is not legitimate.

ordered as a gift Dec 4th, they charged paypal and did not deliver. Will not respond to phone calls or email. I'm out $80 and my granddaughter is out a gift.
