Can not say enough about their HORRIBLE service. I ordered a saber as a graduation present for my daughter (May 20). Ordered it on the March 12 2020. Was suppose to take 3 - 4 weeks to ship. after 6 weeks I started emailing them. It is currently June 1st and have not had a single response from them. 8 emails. 3 phone calls and 5 Facebook messages. I have heard nothing. This company basically just stole $225 from my family. Please stay away from this company. Take your money to a decent company.

Ordered a saber for my 11 year old's birthday on 23 April (5 weeks in advance). I have sent several emails and left several voicemails, but haven't received anything in return that gives me the idea that it will be here by this Friday. Just horrid. If I could get some sense of what was going on it would be nice, but at this point I think I just wasted nearly $300.

Ordered may 22 2020 and after i ordered i seen alot of reviews saying scam and what not. So i was skeptical whether or not i was gonna get products before my sons birthday...sent 2 emails with no response..so imo very poor customer service... so i actually ordered more lightsabers from local supplier as well just in case.. but june 1st received a fedex email saying it was ready for shipping so hopefully the products are as good as they say. And should be here before my sons birthday... so just be prepared for a little wait time...and have a back up plan in case they are out of stock of something for a birthday/christmas present because they probably wont let you know lol

See a lot of people calling it a scam and saying they want their money back which is fair. It's a lot of money. But with the corona virus they've been backed up and they're trying very hard to reply to emails because their system failed and all the emails got deleted. Not saying it's okay for them to do this but they are trying to fix the situation. Haven't gotten my saber yet and it's been 4 weeks exact but I have seen the sabers my friends have and they are pretty good quality. You may just have to be much more patient than the average Joe.

No response with email and it's been six weeks without the saber being shipped.

ordered a mystery box for 75$ got a 500$ saber out of it. That was great, but then i reallyzed how cheap it was made, dont get me wrong the hilt looks cool etc and it feels mighty, too big for my taste but ok, it also has the diy feeling couse its made out of alu pipes and you definetly can see that. the swing sound motions etc arent that smooth and they dont fix the inner circuit board or batterys so it smashes around when you swing, you can feel and hear that. when i opened it i saw that they simply cover the solder points with a hot glue gun instead of building a fixed cover for the inner life of your saber... i mean cmon that isnt even professional work, and it will lead to a damaged 500$ saber in a view fights . they are also not that detailed as others . so at the end i have to say the quality isnt that good .

I ordered 2 sabers for my son’s birthday. 3-4 weeks to ship, it should have been here on time! His birthday came and went, no light saber...he checks the door constantly to see if it came. Watches out the window every time a delivery truck passes by. The worst part is that I can’t even give him an answer as to when it’s coming because NO ONE will respond to my emails or answer to phone! TERRIBLE! When you are spending this much money on a product, one would expect some sort of communication! I will be filing a BBB complaint also.
