I bought a Chosen One SE with basic sound a while ago, along with a Dominix LE v3 stunt saber and a free initiate (Initiate v4, also a stunt saber). The Chosen One SE was overpriced for what I got. One unchangeable soundfont, terrible sound quality, and way too loud for my taste. The hilt wasn't made very well and came with a few scratches. The tri-cree LED was very bright, though. The stunt sabers were very nice. I really do like making my own sounds when spinning and pretending to deflect blaster bolts (haha). And the single-diode Fire Orange LEDs weren't too bright, but just adequate. Overall, great for cheap stunts. The sound sabers aren't very good, though. Note: there are some reviews from Ultrasabers employees on indeed.com, apparently they're treated horribly. Might be exaggerated, but I'd stay away from this company.

I ordered my saber on may 12th, this is my first time ever ordering a lightsaber, so i order no receipt nor a notification of how it would be shipped, now here is where it gets crazy, i wasn’t aware that fedex doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes so for some reason it was delivered to some random address now wait there’s more i have tried several attempts to contact them and nothing, it took almost a week and several customer service agents to finally give me an accurate address, now when i went to said address it was an abandoned house, when i gave my actual loving address they said it wasn’t the actual address. The company put some random address. I will be fighting for a refund and don’t even think about charging me because i will dispute that too. Worst company ever

My experience with Ultra Sabers is the same as so many people here. I placed an order back in February, 2020 but I never received an email receipt from them, if I hadn’t taken a screen shot of the order page I would have never known my order number. I then waited two months and got nothing! I write emails, I make phone calls but no response. Finally, when I threaten to dispute the charge with my credit card company that got their attention! They wasted no time contacting me right back for the first time. I get an email from someone named "Brent" who tells me the light saber I want is not in stock and won’t be for another 12 to16 weeks, but he'll hold on to my money until it arrives. I say “No” and that I want to cancel my order. That’s when I’m threatened by "Brent" that if I try to cancel or dispute my order I would be charged a 20% restocking fee for an item that they never had in in the first place! It only took one day to successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and I got all my money back from them. it's been over a month now and they still have made no attempt to charge me a restocking fee. They know if they do I’ll just dispute that charge too. Don’t waste your time and effort asking them for a refund, instead just dispute the charge with your credit card company and you will win every time. Their 20% "restocking fee" they claim to charge is just an empty threat, a scare tactic they know they can never follow through with because it can be so easily disputed and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it.

We ordered two Sabers 12 weeks ago for my son’s 10th birthday. We contacted Ultrasabers a few times. Received response from a Jason, who initially seemed legit, then gave us some delivery dates, that unfortunately came and went, and most recently did not get any response back. My son really really wanted them, so therefore we gave Ultrasaber every opportunity to deliver, and they failed. As far as I see it, they’re running a dishonest operation and practically steal people’s money. They had our money for 12 weeks. Never agree to pay a restocking fee for a none-delivered item. Visa and the other credit card companies have buyer protection for all users on all purchases (check with your own company- it’s times like this when the small print comes in handy :)) We contacted VISA directly, and reported the transaction as none delivered and fraudulent. Received refund within 24hr. Hope that’s helpful for someone,

The first saber we ordered in December 2019 was awesome! Great product and fast shipping. We ordered another January 13th, 2020. It is now June and STILL NO SABER OR REFUND! Dozens of emails! They responded to a few asking for us to choose a new hilt and to send them more money for the new hilt (they had sold out of the one we ordered). After months and months of no response, there was no way I was going to send more money to these people. - Shouldn't they have offered an upgraded hilt at no additional cost since we had been waiting soooooo long OR at the very least a full refund?! I understand that the virus put extra pressure on them. However, I also know they continued to take new orders when they couldn't fill the ones they already had. That seems wrong, doesn't it? - They offered a refund minus a 20% restocking fee in April. We said we would take a full refund because it wasn't our fault they hadn't shipped our saber after 4 months of waiting ... that was the last communication we received from them. STILL NO SABER OR ANY KIND OF REFUND. We spent $270 when we could have just flushed that money down the toilet and saved ourselves all this hassle. WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!!!!

We ordered our Ultrasaber on 02/15/20. It shipped on 04/02/20 and was received on 04/03/20. It was REALLY great until 04/21/20 when the lights and sound stopped working. I've made 6 attempts to contact Ultrasabers via email and phone on 04/22/2020, 05/15/2020, 05/22/2020, 05/26/2020 and 06/03/2020. I have only received an automatic reply to my first email telling me that they are 3-4 weeks behind filling orders and answering emails. No other response has been received. The voice-mail box for their phone number is full and you cannot leave a message. They recommend in their message that you email them. Ha! The lightsaber was excellent when it worked. I would love to get it fixed, but no one is responding. I've filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and my credit card company.

Very cool looking product but the customer service is nonexistent. They say there is a 3-4 week lead time for orders and it has been 8 weeks since I put mine in. I’ve sent multiple emails and with no response. I messaged them on Facebook and was responded to by a bot that said it would get my order shipped with 2-3 days; it has been 3 weeks since they said that. If they are having issues because of covid then they have not made that clear. I called my bank to issue a refund so this business with horrible practices doesn’t receive the scam of a 20% cancellation restock fee. I don’t recommend ordering from this business until they get themselves together.

completely trash experience. waited like 5 weeks. trying to cancel now but the company charges 20% even if you cancel?? what the force (did u catch my starwars reference there? LOLOL) bro why do you deserve my money. you literally provided me with absolutely nothing except wasted time. buy from a different company guys PLEASE let this one die off and be replaced by one that isn’t run by absolute incompetent droids. (get it? another starwars reference LOLLLL)
