Don’t listen to the good reviews this company is terrible. They will respond to your emails, but they will never resolve any issues. Order an in stock item that is still in stock on their website and a year later I still can’t get a ship date. They tell me now I can’t get a refund because I waited to try and receive my item I ordered and now it’s been to long. After having to threaten them I finally got a refund. Order from any other company you will be glad you did

Absolute garbage. I ordered the graflex and it came to me in pieces. No damage to the box, no damage to the bubble wrap, but the saber itself was in ruins. The cap on the blade fell off, the screws were loose and the screw holes stripped out, the battery pack was jammed so tightly into the hilt it was impossible to remove, and the buttons and dials simply fell off. I’ve tried numerous times to get into contact with them and they refuse to respond in any way. I spent $300+ And they delivered a box of broken garbage. I’ll never buy from them again. Saberforge however is my new go to. Longer wait time but the quality of the sabers and level of customer service is amazing!

Got 3 sabers, all of which came within a week and were built with great quality. Instructions were easy to figure out for emerald sound board. Would highly recommend. Initiate would be a great saber for any youngling.

Don’t ever order from these people l. With a F BBB rating I can see where I went wrong. Got the wrong hilt and was told I needed to pay 20% or $132 as a “restocking fee”. Customer service was rude and a joke. Google more review then mine. On the Better Business Bureau website they have a 1.22 review rating and one worker called it a Chinese sweatshop in the heart of Texas. Go else where this company is trash. Learn from my mistake fully check reviews not just a few good ones with the #ultrasabers.

Most garbage you can buy for your money! I have had 4 ultrasabers and I can honestly say for the price the build quality and the effects you get for the price is disgusting. AliExpress sells brighter, cheaper, better made lightsabers with smooth swing. Trust me and go ANYWHERE else.

I've ordered about five or six lightsabers from these guys and every time I order one the customer service gets less and less. One of the six lightsabers I've never received still to this day from 2 years ago and they still will not send me a new one and give me the runaround. I'm warning people now do not order sabers from these people. They Build junk and rip you off! I Recommend saberforge... Probably the most quality lightsabers ever built!

Absolute joke of a company, have been waiting for a lightsaber from them since the end of April. Customer services just keep going in circles on how they have to wait for the shipping company before they can do anything but are perfectly fine keeping my money in the time being. Even after showing proof from the shipping company telling me it arrived empty and was discarded they still do nothing. They have not tried pushing the claim to get a response from the shipping company at all I've had to do everything. By far the worst company I've had to deal with. Do not buy scamming people out of money.

This company is not even worthy of one star they absolutely suck. Me and my mate got sabers from these guys at the same time, his took a week, mine took 3 months. When his arrive I emailed them countless times trying to figure out what happened with mine and they never replied to any emails. When mine finally arrive it was broken straight out of the box and it had a defect with it where I couldn't get the battery casing out fare enough to take the batteries in and out. So when I pulled on it really hard it eventually broke the really short wire that was stopping it from coming out. I really had no choice but to do this because I couldn't get the batteries out to charge them and they don't reply to emails so you can get help. I then gave it to my mate who is an electrician to fix it and all he said was "get your money back, this is the shittest wiring job I have ever seen". They have load the light safer hilt with glue that it is impossible for anyone to fix it. So ever since then I have been trying to get refund. Oh and I didn't buy a cheap saber, mine cost over $600 so I expect it to be pretty good. DONT BUY FROM ULTRA SABERS!
