Preis/Leistung passt!

Customer
Absolutely awful customer service. My product stopped working. Right of the bat it would take 2-3 emails for them to respond after a while they just stopped returning. It’s been over 20 days since I reached out. Bottom of the barrel. You get what you pay for. Their products are cheaper and for a year or so it’ll be worth the money. Then it will break. Don’t even bother having them try to fix it (they won’t) just buy something else.

Hello, Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response due to the high volume of inquiries during the Black Friday period. We would like to explain that product repairs currently require a considerable amount of time, as our warehouse has limited spare parts available, which can significantly extend the repair process. To minimize waiting time for our customers, we usually recommend a return and exchange solution instead, as this is much faster than repair and allows you to receive a new product and resume use as soon as possible. We kindly invite you to contact us again so that we can address your case promptly and provide you with the best possible solution. Warm Regards, ULTIMEA Customer Support Team

I wonder how many reviews were left on here because people are mad they paid a lot more from a name brand that really don't sound as good as the Ultimea sound systems? My opinion can't do much better almost perfect soundbars especially the x series.

Awesome sound. It's very loud... I am hard of hearing so I was looking forward to the better voice output. I was not disappointed to say the least! I can hear the voices clearly now. My old soundbar didn't help me with that aspect. As I mentioned it is loud. I have it on 2 or sometimes 1. I've noticed that the level varies when the XUP is used that the sound is slightly louder and better. I did experience some setup difficulties and can't get the remote to work with my TCL TV... unless I use Bluetooth. But when it powers off it uses the ARC signal by default. That is probably something I'm doing wrong. I'll keep experimenting as time permits. I wish the LED display on the front was legible. I can't read it and can only make educated guesses as to what it being displayed. So, in a nutshell... awesome sound quality, loud, and a great value. Only issues is my setup problems and the display is pretty much useless. Other that I'd say it was a great value for the money.
