Ultimea Skywave X50 is a budget friendly (aka cheap but good) 5.1.4 soundbar with an impressive sound quality for the price. It has the normal 5.1 channels (front, center, surround + subwoofer) plus 4 channels added for upfiring channels, adding the above the head sound and making the soundstage more immersive and enveloping. The 8" subwoofer is impressive and adds exactly as much bass as needed, making the sound powerful without shaking the walls (unless you pump the volume, I usually stay around 10-15 out of 100 :D ), Ultimea claims it can go as long as 28Hz but I have no way to measure it. The sound quality is quite good and it's suitable for movies, games and music alike. From the few days of using it, it is clear that this system can deliver a solid upgrade over built-in TV speakers and even standalone soundbars - I replaced a Vizio M5 with it and it clearly made a difference. Dialogue stays clear enough to follow, and the included sound modes give you some flexibility depending on what you’re watching. It supports Doldy Surround and Dolby ATMOS but unfortunately is missing DTS and DTS-X, hopefully in future products there will be support for those as well. I am quite impressed with the general look, sleek and beautiful, external build quality is quite good and feels premium. The entire setup is finished in matte black with gold accents that give it a bit of visual character besides the boring old matte black look. The remote included with the X50 is straightforward and well laid out. It’s not backlit, which can make it harder to use in a dark room, but all the essentials are here, although I'm mainly using the TV remote. Supports multiple inputs like bluetooth and optic cable but most importantly EARC making the connection to a home theater really simple and will support most features. Also supports HDMI-CEC which is a very useful feature allowing us to control the device with the TV remote. The mobile application is simple but functional and very intuitive, something I really appreciate. Setting up the Skywave X50 is simple for a system with this many speakers. I connected the soundbar to my TV through the HDMI eARC port, plugged in the subwoofer and surround speakers, and they paired with the main bar almost instantly. About the company: had some interactions with the support over the email and they are pretty slow (but being based in China makes it normal) but sending a message on their community board is answered a lot faster, in the end my interactions with the support team was positive - just make sure that if you don't get a reply to a support ticket to message them on the community bord :D. I would give it an overall 4.5 stars.

It’s perfect for my needs! My family loves the 5.1 surround

I ordered a sound bar from them through Amazon and you get insane value for the quality of this sound bar. The Bluetooth works perfectly with my smart laser projector and has literally zero latency. I tested it with a few of my favorite dance choreo videos. Trust me on this one because I am very particular about the timing of musicality. The bass and sound is so clear and powerful, and it's very easy to set up. The remote works perfectly well, and the volume button on our projector remote is tied to the sound bar once it's connected through Bluetooth, which is super convenient. It seems pretty durable to me, but only time will tell. Either way, this was an amazing purchase and is a blessing to the ears.

I purchased an Apollo P40 projector. It broke after less than 2 years of infrequent use. I contacted Ultimea support and they said they could send me a refurbished projector for $40 USD. I paid the $40 USD and they sent me another broken projector. This one didn't event work. Beware of this seller.

Poseidon D60.Very good quality sound, very loud. I love that have a different setting depending on the way you're using it, whether is a movie, music or regular TV. It's very easy to set it up and do love the wireless sub woofer wich give you freedom to move it.
