Zero support services for Boom. Called the number on the app which goes through to Logitech. Someone not very helpful in an offshore location (was informed it was company policy not to reveal where they are based - telephone line was awful) was unable to help and said there was no telephone support for Ultimate Ears products but that the team would respond via email.

I bought the Wonderboom 3 from their site. I contact them a few hours later because, due to an error on the site, a product in the wrong colour was ordered. I try to contact customer service but there is no number or email to contact for Italian customers (even though the website is in Italian!). I then call the customer service in England and am given a support ticket to which I receive no reply, except for a generic e-mail from the technical support service providing me with answers on troubleshooting (but I only wanted to correct the order, changing the colour of the product before it was shipped). After pointing out to them that my support request was about a different problem (don't they read e-mails before replying?), I am advised to contact customer service in the US!!! So I'm supposed to call a US number from Europe to get support for a product sold and shipped in Europe and paid for in euros? Simply insane in 2023. Simply insane. As if that wasn't enough, not only do I get no response but, almost like a hoax, I am told that the order was shipped incorrectly and I can't even find a way to make a return for THEIR mistake. Absurd. I will NEVER buy from their site again. EVER AGAIN.

I wish I had read through all these reviews before I purchased my UE Fits ear buds. They arrived eventually - around 3 weeks, where they said a few days. They don't work (bluetooth issues) and I can't get hold of anyone in support. The 2 tickets I raised in the US said to contact the UK support team, but they never respond

F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Used to love UE, but now they just sell defective products, customer service--nope.

Have a hyberboom which went wrong and won’t turn on properly back in September. Almost a month for an initial response, weeks of back and forth to arrange a replacement. Spoke to Logitech the parent company to complain and they also did nothing. Still an unresolved issue.

Ultimate Ears recently discontinued a product I purchased earlier this year. My product was not working properly, I have bought another charger cable for it to make a solution. They finally email me back saying it is discontinued after I spent over $300. They offer me a product of similar value, or a refund. I tell them the similar product of similar value that you are offering me is inferior to the original I purchased. They email me back a few days later and say they will no longer offer anything whatsoever except for a 10% coupon on next purchase. After I send all receipts, S/N, information. Total trash company should have went with JBL or Sony

Service sav incompetant. Chargeur de mon hyperboom a cramer, impossible de le trouver ou que ce soit. Le sav m a repondu une fois par semaine donc 1 mois d echange par mail.. C etait un cadeau tombola du boulot, donc pas de facture disponible, a moin de faire une demande de recherche dans les archives de comptabilite de l entreprise ou je ne travaille plus... je voulais juste acheter un chargeur a la base...
