Ultimate EarsReviews of ultimateears.com

Absolutely BRILLIANT Apart from my Sony headphones This speaker is amazing even kicks my Echo Studios ass and half the price Only reality complaint is that it is always searching for Bluetooth even when not in use but apart from the bathroom that’s no a problem

I am really surprised to see all the negative reviews on here! Perhaps they have gone downhill since I bought my speaker but I hope not. I bought a bluetooth speaker (UEBoom 2) from Ultimate Ears back in 2015. Ten years later, it is still working! The only thing I have had to replace once is the cable for its charger. It works perfectly still. In an age of planned obsolescence this is such a relief and I really hope they're still making products to this standard because I recommend them to everybody.

Vraiment très content de cette enceinte, j'avais l'habitude des Bose mais lassé par les prix sans cesse augmentés je me suis laissé tenté par cette enceinte plus accessible et franchement elle est top.

My megaboom3 past it’s warranty 1 month and developed a charging problem; when I got in touch with support team they were so helpful and efficient. Received my replacement in 10 days after doing all the necessary checks. They never made an issue for one month passed legal warranty. I love companies stand behind their products so strong. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service from the first phone contact, throughout the manufacturing and prompt deliver. Great moulded ear plug for use on the motorbike. Very happy

Swim plug impressions quickly and easily made at Sidcup.Plugs arrived a couple of weeks later as promised. Perfect fit, keep water out and won't come out. A must for regular swimmers.

Great Quality, immeasurably pleased

Just received my fourth pair or ultimate ear product. Again they exceed expectations. Bluetooth sound ear - allow me to be on my own with awesome sound clarity on my motorbike or when travelling. Sound ear pro - allow me to connect to my motorbike comms system or just listen to music with great depth and clarity Squidgys and filtered - great for work as I work around planes and vehicles. But these still allow me to communicate to everyone around me and do not leave me with any noise droning or washing when I take them out. The fitting team in Sidcup were awesome, which is why I have gone back time after time. Pricing for each item is great. Amazing product and truly fits in the category of you get what you pay for.
