Ultimate EarsReviews of ultimateears.com

I have a Wonderboom for more than 6 years now. When charged, it still plays a very long time, connecting to bluetooth is very easy and fast, I really like the sound (for a small speaker it has a deep sound and some bass). It has been in my bagpack, in my shower, on the grass, everywhere and it still looks clean and works perfectly. I hope their new speakers are as durable and surprising as this one.

I bought a UE Boom 2 and a Megaboom, and both have been working great for the last 5 years. The cables were not always great and broke, but that is normal. The speakers are super durable. I needed to put the UE Boom 2 in the fridge several times for it to start charging again, which is a weird fix but it worked. I don't have any experience with customer service.

Good project Menarik Bombastis

I purchased a Megaboom 3 through Amazon that unfortunately failed after 3 weeks. Amazon less than helpful but Ultimate Ears responded within hours & sent a replacement speaker within weeks. Good, helpful, responsive service!

the website is ver ygood and easy to use, however the promotions that are taking place atm arent very clear with how to get them

Good customer service. Quick delivery. Reasonable price for prebuilt gaming systems.

The pricing was good for the compnents that you get but it could do eith more variety and customisation options
