I ordered a product online and have never received it. Called their customer service number twice and was on hold for over an hour before I was disconnected each time. Sent a scathing review when they requested one. Have received 4 texts asking for name, phone number, email address and order number which I provided and never heard back. Two of the texts arrived at 3:16 am and the other at 11:57 pm on a Sunday night. They have no customer service! Wish I'd read reviews on them before I ordered!!

I went to the ulta in ft worth on hulen Street for a color correction, a blond color that had turned red. The stylist assured me she could fix it but after 2 hours it was a drab lavender. She told me she knew it wasn't good and said to come back the next day and there would be no charge. She charged me for that time too and said management required it. I ended up with fried neon blond hair and 400 less dollars. I'm hoping it doesn't all fall out at this point. Never again Ulta!

Their coupon of $10 off...for any qualifying purchase of $50 or more is a joke. Really. $10 people. Qualifying purchase is so so strict. Do they not know how petty that is. My order of $100 which was a bottle of Derma makeup, spa foot scrub, nail tec polish & Sally hansen nail products. Wouldn't take my coupon. $10 people. But omgosh they took my #3.50 off. Big whipty do!

I walked in and out of the one in Pompano Beach location. No one greeted me at the door. I search for a person to help me locate a product. After I tried some samples, no one dropped by. Instead, I sensed someone watched me if I was going to steal. No customer service at all and when I walked out, no one cares either. I will never go back to that store. I bought from Fort Lauderdale stores multiple times.

I received horrible experience from Ulta customer service regarding an item I needed to return to the store that I bought online and was given a hard time at store level they claimed I could not return online orders to the store which incorrect because you can and when I called CS and complained the company blocked me from any future online purchase . I guess they do not need business . Thank god their competition does not treat their . Customers this poorly .

I tried to order products, the order failed, I tried four times, failed all four times. I later checked my bank account and Ulta had taken the money. I contacted them via email and responded to say they would respond in 48 hours, it has been five days not and nothing. I do not know if I will ever get that money back now as they are so unresponsive. They have basically stolen from me. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Basically, the salon in Ulta ruined my wedding by simply not listening to me. I showed photos of myself made up in a natural style. The stylist did my makeup in a Goth style, including heavy eye makeup, no cheek color and BLACK lipliner. I also found out that the lip color she used were the TESTERS from the display. She used the applicators that other people had used to sample the product. This is unsanitary and disgusting. Everything took so long that I was almost late for my own wedding. They made me get out of the chair to buy false eyelashes, and said they couldn't add them to my bill. I had to stand in line and pay for them at the register! I had to ask at least twice for her to look at my eyebrows because they were uneven. I had to ask twice for color on my cheeks. She said my hair was done when there were multiple strands she had promised to curl undone. If you want to look good for a special occasion, stay away from the Ulta salon.

Ulta offers a variety of products but I have mainly utilized it for beauty products (i.e., makeup and fragrance). Most of the fragrance offered with Ulta can be found in other places for a lower price and the only benefit of utilizing Ulta is to be able to use their points program. However, for the 3rd time now, the points that I am supposed to receive are not being honored. Recently I made a purchase of their "Fragrance Crush" item and the fragrance alone was $150.00. I am a "Diamond" member and so I am supposed to receive 1.5 points for every $1 spent. On top of this, the fragrance crush items are supposed to be at 5x the points value. And to add to that, during your birthday month you are supposed to get 2x on all purchases. Prior to making my purchase I spent a significant amount of time talking with a customer service representative to ensure that I would get my full points for the order because there have been 2 additional occasions where Ulta did not provide my points as expected. The representative REFUSED to provide even an estimated calculations regarding the points that would be expected and repeatedly just stated that they could not even provide this number until after I ordered. He indicated that he would "personally" watch my order and update the points within 72 hours of my order. I repeatedly expressed my hesitation as he wasn't willing to provide even an estimate but I went ahead and ordered. As expected, the points did not accrue correctly. When I reached out to Ulta I received some generic response where the Ulta rep basically just stated that I would not be getting the points as expected and gave some ridiculous bait and switch response regarding how their points system works. I'm sorry, but this is basic math... 1.5 for every $1, plus 5x the points for the specific fragrance and an additional 2x points for my birthday month - that doesn't take a lot of configuring. Ulta just promotes a points system that they are unwilling to honor.
