STORE LOCATION: 1513 Hawthorne Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90278 The sales team is very helpful and attentive. Everyone I came into contact deserve a 5-star rating. Excellent. However, the company's marketing tactics are unethical. At POS, I was instructed to enter my tel# without a purpose provided. I passed. After payment was processed, I was informed that without providing an email address, they cannot provide a receipt because it is sent via email. I passed again knowing that it was not the cashier's fault that her company is run by idiots. She was simply following company procedures, but retailers cannot hold receipts hostage for an email. The trade was completed when Ulta was paid for goods and in California, receipts are required by law to provide proof of purchase and ensure transparency in transactions. Ulta's aggressive methods to collect consumer's personal data for marketing purposes is invasive and illegal. They are no better than modern day pirates.

ULTA BEAUTY DOES NOT DELIVER THEIR PACKAGES! THEY DID NOT REFUND ME!

I stopped using Ulta because the closest store is 2 hours away so most of my buys were online. They used to reliably get things to you but it takes over a month to get any of my orders which is frustrating as most of it is skincare related. I will just start buying directly from the companies.

I had to take the time to write and tell you what an exceptional employee you have at the Medford Oregon Ulta. Her name is Christy Shoemaker. I had received a 20% off coupon which included prestige products. I wanted to try Ilia on the advice of a friend. Unfortunately, Medford does not carry IIia in store. I had to order online and Christy could not do it for me because the coupon would not be accepted for a store to store order. So, she spent about 15 minutes helping me download your app, prepare a password, place the order and all with the most helpful and kind attitude. i am 64 years old and not very good with technology. She also knew a lot about the product line and kept smiling through the whole process. She is a gem and I will go back on purpose because of her. thank you for such a wonderful experience. One last request---please carry the whole Ilia line in the Medford Oregon store. so many of us love it and if we want to try products we have to drive 45 minutes to the Grants Pass store. And that is in good weather. thank you, Mrs. Lauren Briggs

4 stars for the long wait to get service. 5 STARS for ADRIENNE!! The wait for service was so long that I almost left the store. But the help and advice I received from Adrienne in the Toco Hills store in Atlanta was more than worth the wait. I have been wearing the products she showed me for over a week now and what a difference!! It looks natural, covers blemishes but is light weight, water resistant and doesn't rub off on my hands. Thank you Adrienne!!!

Very convenient when shopping for skin care and beauty products

My payment was a little late and the Late Fee was the price of the item I bought plus $3.00. Never had been charged even 100 % before for a late fee!!!!!!! I CANCELLED the credit card! WARNING - DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD!!!!!

The manager in the New York City upper east side location at 86th St. has got to go. Lied to me about something and it caused me to have to go back to another location. The next day wasting a lot of of my time, not to mention she is so rude and condescending and if you check the reviews, it’s unanimous. I called to formally file a complaint, and no one ever got back to me so here we are.
