I wish I could give this place 0 stars I bought a 540 hairdryer!! I kept tracking my package to make sure my daughter was home to sign for it. It said delivered and no one rang the doorbell so I looked all over no package. So I called them to let them know and they told me that their courier GPS said that they delivered it and that the case is closed. Did I mention I have a ring doorbell and cameras nobody dropped anything off at my door. So obviously I was not gonna let $540 go so I keep calling and they keep saying They have to escalate it to the next level how many effing levels do you people have At Ulta!!!!!! I will not shop there ever again all I want is my money back so I can go buy one from Best Buy!!

I experienced outstanding customer service at store 93 in Katy TX. Leah the retail associate was very knowledgeable with the products for people of color. She gathered foundation colors that she believed would best compliment my skin. Leah was very patient with me in explaining the process for applying make up. She also informed me about Ulta's return policy during Covid 19. I am grateful for her service; she really helped me alot. I will be returning to Ulta.

I will say that during Covid, Ulta is the ONLY company who seems to be unaffected as far as getting there orders out. It’s like it hasn’t effected them at all. I appreciate that I only have to wait the regular 3 days for my items, not 3-4 weeks! How is this possible. What is everyone else’s excuse when clearly this can be done! Thank you Ulta

I went to the Ulta on Cattleman in Sarasota today. I needed some me time. I was so excited to get away from my 3 children and just shop! I am new to Ulta and I was so excited!!!! I was looking around and thought about getting my hair done so I asked the girl standing at the salon for the prices. She was very much inconvenienced because whatever movie she was watching was more important than doing her job. She was so rude and definitely made me feel like I was stupid to not know the answers to my questions. I walked away very offended and almost left. But I decided to look at straighteners. Good thing I did because another employee (I didn't get her name) came and was very kind. She changed my attitude about the store. Until right now. I was looking on the app at the totes that are free with a $75 purchase. When I got to the front to pay I asked the girl about the totes, she said it isn't in that store. That Ulta is trying to encourage people to shop online and that the totes are not in the store. Well according to what I just checked the store does have the totes in stock. I spent $342. I feel like they shouldn't treat me like I dont belong... I am a paying customer. I am not rude at all. I am actually very friendly. I am very offended by my visit there today. Which really sucks because I absolutely love what I seen there and now I dont want to go back!

Ordered online and picked up products the same day, which was great. However, when I went in for the products and stopped a Sales Girl to ask about having my brows done, she kept walking as she told me I needed to make an appointment. Definately felt like I was being blown off. I followed and asked if I could make an appointment. "Sure, I'll get somebody," was her response. A few minutes later, she shows up with the appointment book. They usually do good work, when they actually do it.

If I could I would give Ulta zero stars! I put an order through in the middle of April to ship to Canada where I live. I kept checking the tracking number and it kept saying it was still in Chicago and hadn’t been processed yet. Fast forward to June and I still haven’t received my product and now the Ulta website is saying that it has paused all shipments to Canada, without even notifying their Canadian customers like myself. Trying to email guest services is an absolute joke since every time I tried I would get this automated email back saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours which never happened so I had to constantly email them back since it would be weeks before I even heard that they were “looking into it”. Finally in the middle of June guest services email me letting me know that they are going to give me a full refund back to my credit card and if the product ends up arriving at my address then to enjoy the free merchandise. I was very appreciative that at least finally they were going to give me my money back. I did end up getting the order about a week later but to my surprise no refund. It has now been about a month since they told me I would get a refund and low and behold no refund. I am so angry with their garbage customer service and I will NEVER shop with them again after this horrible experience that I went through. Please save your money and DO NOT shop there!!

I'm done. I'm platinum and get free regular shipping. I paid $9.95 to get expedited and my package is not here and it says the shipping company is waiting to receive the item. I called their incompetent customer service and I'm just more angry. Of course their is no supervisor available. I don't understand how a company runs with no boss there? I feel like I've been scammed.

Guest services is terrible. I am a platinum member & I did not receive a package. First they told me to contact them later on if it still did not come. They told me they could not resend gifts and I would get a gift card then all of the sudden they said they could not do anything.
