I visited the store on 7/22/2020, and the experience was not comfortabe at all. Will never go to that location on Wellington and Clark in Chicago again. The clerk that rung up my items is very bad in customer service. How did she even get a job there. OMG No

I am done with Ulta. I ordered a personal trimmer and some nail polish online. The order came 3 days after they said I’d get it and I opened the trimmer to use it. To my surprise, it had ALREADY BEEN USED. There was black hair in the trimmer itself and some of the attachments. I am returning the whole order to the store and I will never buy anything from them again. That is totally disgusting and unacceptable. I wish I could have gave negative stars.

I will never order from here again. The entire experience has been terrible.

I spend a lot of money online when they offer free bags with a quantity of makeup or hand bags. I order them and they sell out so I don't get it or this last time it didn't show for me to pick my free items. All they can say is they can't send it after my purchase. They also won't ship what I'm missing in my order. I will not shop here anymore! Their customer service is horrible! Going in the store is also poor customer service!

Signs everywhere saying this product available buy one get one 40% off. Except they had none and didn't know when they would. When I asked at the front they seriously didn't care that I came specifically for the item. Customer service = joke!

Great shopping experience esp. ❤️ my Clarins Double Serum & Super Restorstive eye Serum! For my kid “MY CLARINS” was a great choice!

This company is trash. I ordered $173.19 worth of product. Sent my product by a courier that has 2.2 rating because they have a known history for people never receiving their packages. When you call their bs customer service reps give the run around that they are going to escalate your request and the only way to get a response is via email. I've never been treated like this before. Do not order from them if you aren't willing to take a 50/50 chance on getting your order.
