Terrible customer service as well as awful policy! SHAME ON YOU ULTA!

So I placed an order back on November 30, 2020 and it was a $330 order on Cyber Monday. I couldn’t even place the order in my name or with my address because I was apparently “banned” from purchasing items online when I’ve never even purchased from them online expect for now. So I placed my order and I completely forgot to use my 20% off coupon so I called ulta maybe 10 minutes after I placed my order the lady told me she can modify my order and place the coupon in the transaction and so I asked I won’t get charged 330 and she was like no the transaction is still pending. 20% made a huge difference I would’ve only gotten charged $266 if she gave me the coupon so yesterday December 6 I check my back column and they charged me the full $330 and so I call them and a guy tells me that the lady didn’t put it in or leave a note so then he tells me can’t do anything about it ... I’m like okay can I have a corporate number ( I called customer service) he’s like what’s corporate ? I’m like corporate you don’t know ? ( keep in mind I was not rude what’s so ever) he was like the phone number with the supervisors and managers ? And I was like sure. He then told me none were available and they would call me back and I still have yet to get a call back. And they also stole product ideas from shai cosmetics. I know to now order from Sephora.

Before you buy from Ulta check prices at other places even walmart.com because ulta charges too much for their products even when using a coupon. Ulta is very over priced!! Bought the same perfume for over a 20 dollars savings plus got 3 times as much.

Ulta.com and in stores. Is always a wonderful experience! Any problem ive ever had in store or delivery. They have always gone above and beyond to fix and make right. I never have long wait times to get someone on the phone or in store. They do great deals and coupons. And I literally can't think of one bad thing about them. Even when just something was outta stock on store and I was mistakenly told it was there. They gave me a gift card for the problem and free shipping to have it shipped to me instead. And I can list many others examples or just a wonderful shopping experience. And anytime I've ever had a product question. The people that work there were always right there to help. Abd clearly knew what they where talking about. Business should take a page outta ultas book. Only thing is is recently They out sourced there phone customer service and there was certain things they didn't know how to do. But im sure with time they'll get it. And it still got done it just took alot of transferring me around

AWFUL! they steal ideas from small business’ and won’t even acknowledge it! please do not shop here, sahi cosmetics has AMAZING original products. do not get the cheap ulta version!!!

They have stolen product ideas from small businesses and completely ignored them when they were confronted about it. They are a horrible business, would not recommend shopping there

I FOUND A BUG LEG IN MY FOUNDATION!!! I threw it away. Never buying there again. Maybe next time I’ll go shop at a small business. I’m sure they will appreciate my money and will give me their ORIGINAL work.
