Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I can now see why they have so many negative review. They cant even open the store iN Seal Beach, CA on time, didnt answer the phone for 19 minutes and had changed my appt for a makeup for a wedding and now I am happy I do not need to use their service as even when that happened they should have made sure I got my appt back they changed as they had a least a week to figure it out I would nevr recommend going their for any services now.

I was at the Ulta in Buford, GA to look at some makeup options for an upcoming vacation. Shout out to Paige who was exceptional, went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much!! My hubby loves it- and let me tell you those compliments are not so easy to come by. I will be and looking for Paige.

I had a great experience at the newnan, Georgia Ulta. Ashanee was very helpful in helping me match a foundation. I will be back! :)

Opened up a credit card with ulta. Told it was denied. Therefore, I can’t get the percentage off on my purchase that evening. Now, a week later, I’m getting emails about my new Ulta credit card. Did the cashier lie to me and keep my credit card information/numbers to use herself? What type of fraud is Ulta doing here? Why would they open a card in my name after it was denied?

Thank you Cindie and William for all the attention and wonderful customer service today!! Cindy, your diligence to find the correct foundation for my aging skin is very much appreciated! William, your stick to it determination to help me check out speaks volumes for Ulta Company. My hope is that you, both, are appreciated by Ulta!

The Ulta here in Albuquerque on Holly street does not honor warranties for electric appliances like blow dryers. The booklet that came with this Chi blow dryer clearly states that it is warranted for 2 years. It had only been a little over a year since I bought this product. The clerk said I would have to send the product back to the company, even though the pamphlet said to take it back to the store to get my money back. The clerks there are not very helpful or knowledgeable.

I cannot even believe I have to leave such a STUPID, HORRIBLE review from ANY company…and yet, ULTA BEAUTY forces me to! What a TERRIBLE Co they are! My shipment was delayed over & over…way past the original delivery date! And EVEN WORSE, once the delivery was FINALLY COMPLETED…I DID NOT RECEIVE 1 SINGLE ITEM that I ordered! I instead got 2 tiny mini hand sanitizers‼️NOT the 3 eyebrow pencils I ORDERED & PAID FOR! What a STUPID ORGANIZATION!!

Ulta was a great place to go if you had question about make up or any beauty products. Not anymore all the employees stay together and talk and carry on and ignore customers. They are not interested on helping anyone. Don't waste your time.
