Second case from this company. Great prices and excellent quality. Got a few cables and chargers with my cases

I ended up with a case that does not fit my phone. When I contacted them about returning it they refer to their "terms". 20% restocking fee and I have to pay postage to the United States - not UK. This is not economic so I threw the case away. They do not deserve any stars. Good companies - like Debenham for example - pay the return shipping and refund in full.

Ok prices but shocking company, I ordered a case for the wrong phone but I sent them an email to try and rectify the problem. Didn’t hear anything until after they had already shipped it, there’s no way to cancel orders. You want a case look somewhere else!

Been about 4 months on a case. They say they now have it back about a month ago still waiting for my refund. They don't answer your emails absolute joke of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Same as some of the previous reviews. I ordered and paid for a phone case in early Feb '19 and nothing has arrived. They say they couriered it, their courier says it's not their problem and I have checked at my post office and they say the same. Their moto of "we always have an answer for you" is a load of crap. They work on the basis that people will give up in frustration.

I ordered a charger cable which was supposed to be specifically provided for my mobile model. The cable cannot even enable my mobile on the computer, though, in order to transfer files etc. Apart from that, the cable can only charge my phone when connected to a computer, but it fails to charge when connected to any adapter plugged in a socket, and I've already tried three different ones in order to be saying this. Last but not least, the charging pace on the computer is really slow. I don't think you can call that a spare part for my model...

i bought a case for my iPhone 7 as it looked good and suited my needs however it failed to shut properly when I placed my phone in the case. I sent a message and have received a reply but am not going to bother to return as not cost effective. I should have read reviews and if I can help others not to buy this product that will suffice.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I purchased a case and paid by card straight away on the 6th march 2019 payment cleared the day after when i checked for an update on delivery on the 9th march they have cancelled my order with no reason or explanation i sent them an email asking why this has been done and so far haven't received a reply from them seems they like taking peoples money and not sending items that have been paid for total cowboys so i contacted my bank to get a refund save your money and go elsewhere total cowboys that seem to like ripping people of by taking payment and not sending goods.
