Ordered Samsung case arrived in UK 11th Dec but still has not been delivered

Case lasted one week . Previous identical case but branded lasted over 3 years ...cheap and nasty..

I made my order not knowing the company was based in the states as the website was co.uk!! Therefore had a 9 day wait until I received my goods!! Secondly the goods were not exactly as seen on the website i.e. The cover I ordered for my iPhone 8 plus also came with a horrid pink rubber case which was glued into the wallet case and therefore I can't remove it!!! Wish I had just orders from eBay! Cellphone case please make your photos clearer!! One very disappointed customer who waited far too long to receive goods not as expected = waste of time and money!!

Don't use these guys. They are less than helpful. I ordered my goods a week ago being told they would be dispatched the same day. Still not here and the tracking is less than useless. They don't respond to email, and don't have a telephone number. It seems I may have been scammed and now reading the feedback I am not the only one. Save yourself the grief and pay a little more from a company with a UK number and address. I personally will never use these people again and I suggest you don't either. I am really disappointed but if they do come up trumps will amend this review but I won't hold ,my breath. This is clearly not a UK company despite the fact they try to give the impression they are, which is misrepresentation at best and not ethical. How lucky do you feel? Just not great!

Beware, this may be called cellphonecases United Kingdom but they send items from the US. They don’t tell you this in advance. I ordered a phone case and realised that they didn’t quote a delivery time so emailed them to ask, They quoted 10 to 20 business days. When I asked to cancel, they ignored the email, had already taken the money and then next thing I get is a dispatch notice. Now I’m going to have to send it back to the US. Misleading website, poor customer communication and dreadful delivery times. Avoid.
