Ordered two cases never got a email with tracking info or anything. Tried to log in and get the status of my order never good. I emailed them 3 times no response.But they took the money out of my account. So I'm going to have to Dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back

The case design for my S23 is so bad, unbelievably bad. When I contacted customer service, crickets. Not a reply of any kind and I've tried!!! And the site won't accept a product review either. Guaranteed I won't buy any more cases from them, ever!

This company is unresponsive to my complaint regarding receipt of a torn cellphone case. Their telephone numbers 818-600-1081 and 747-217-1697 are out of order and emails are ignored. Buyer beware, these are dishonest people. Not only will I not buy from them, but I will stay away from eBay where I found them.

Purchased a case that has never been posted and tried contacting them, no reply. Avoid them at all costs.

Bought a phone cover and it arrived damaged contacted cellphone and was told that they don't give refund so I asked for a replacement but no answer so left it a week contacted again and no answer and again still no answer so they got my money and I've got a damaged phone cover to anyone that wants one the company a joke keep your money a go somewhere else

Bought a case for my Samsung a52s 5g. On arrival it looked fabulous. However after 4 weeks the gunmetal trim on the side started peeling off to reveal white plastic underneath. Have now contacted customer services twice by email and have been completely ignored. I only wish I'd read the other reviews before parting with my money! Tried to submit review on their website but surprise surprise they haven't published it!

This company is to be avoided at all costs. The phone cases to do not fit the phone correctly or the credit cards slot. Delivery was late! They do not respond to any emails or contact numbers after 6 attempts to get a reply. I mistakenly ordered 3 cases and tried to correct this error but they would not respond
