My daughter ordered a phone case that I was paying for. If I'd know it was coming from California for such a small item I wouldn't have. Anyway we did. It was tracked into the UK but at that point the tracking stopped but it assured me it would be delivered in a couple of days (In response to others comments on tracking, it is a little confusing, but you don't log in, you just enter some basic details). It wasn't and I contacted them to find out what had happened. They did respond and ask for the delivery address at which point I realised we'd mixed-up my home and work address and post code, so my fault. They said it should find its way back to them in which case they'll refund the money. Yeah, right, California to Manchester and back at their expense - lesson learnt I thought. Just seen the credit on my credit card! Well done guys, cheers!

Ordered a screen protector. 2 days later I went online to track the order and could not log in as I was apparently not registered even though I was sent an email promoting norton security through them which at the bottom of the email stated I was receiving the email because I was in fact registered. Ordered another case from amazon if this one turns up it will be a spare, had I read reviews beforehand I would not have ordered from them.

Received a faulty case (it was supposed to be magnetic but wasn't). When I brought this to their attention I was informed I'd have to cover shipping from the UK to the US to return it. How this is fair is beyond me!

I start with the fact that their only marketing tactic they use is free shipping. Well I would love to have average of less than 10 dollars paid but didn't have to wait for weeks. The 2nd and most important issue if there is a bad design, they use the excuse of used item that they are not gonna refund you plus they will take the possession of the item you paid for. Legalized rip off! They don't care if they carry items with bad design that jeopardizes a 1000 dollar cellphone. Mine the edges of the case was below the screen height which is subject to crashing the display if it falls face down. What kind of protection is that?! They also have 20 percent restocking fee even if your item is unused. Also you need to pay for the shipping back and if you want exchange pay again for shipping the new item. All in all they are miles and miles behind an average service quality you get from places like Amazon. I mentioned "Not ethical" because they intentionally not reveal drawbacks mentioned above and customer finds out when they are already roped in!

Oh dear!! I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought! In error I ordered a phone cover which I thought was for an iPhone 7 and realised immediately it was for iPhone 7s and emailed to say I’d ordered wrong one within 5 minutes of ordering. 24 hours later they replied and said it had been despatched. Apparently they are unable to do anything about it but I can return to California at my expense which will cost me more than the item. Customer service is zero!!! Do not use!! Never again for me!!!

I ordered cases to be delivered to the UK, tracking shows that the parcel never even left the US but cellphonecases.com are refusing a refund because I requested the parcel to be delivered to my hotel. They are using terms that don't even apply since the parcel was never sent to my country of delivery in the first place. Absolute scam!

I sent for a mouse and mobile phone case. The mouse was defective and the case was too big. I therefore emailed CellPhoneCases to say that I was sending them back and wished a full refund. Instead, they sent another mouse, kept the phone case and did not refund. The cost of sending the original mouse and phone case back to USA was high (almost making it not worthwhile to return these goods). I pointed out to CellPhoneCases that I had asked for a refund for both items, not a replacement, and asked that they now refund. Nothing further from them. Do not buy from this firm - the product is poor and the aftercare is non existent.

Ordered a case for my son’s new Alcatel 3. Delivery time was okay considering it was from USA to UK at no additional cost. Tracking info was updated and helpful. Problem was when case arrived it was for Alcatel Onyx and did not fit. I emailed the company and they suggested I did not have the Alcatel 3 but might have a variant. I sent photos back showing I did and that the case did not fit. From there I can have no complaints. A full refund was applied to Paypal account within a couple of days and all communication was courteous and prompt (taking account of time difference). They even dealt quickly with my clarifications on whether they wanted the case returning. Disappointing the case was not as described but given the Alcatel 3 is a very new device on the market might be understandable. One star knocked off for that. But if you judge a company by how they respond when they get it wrong I can have no complaints.
