I bought a phone case, not realising it was a US company, so waited weeks for it to arrive. Within 2 days of it arriving it split. I sent a complaint and a photo and was sent a new one, but this case does not align with my phone as promised and is useless.Can't be bothered to complain again. They are useless, don't buy from them

I ordered a ruggdised iPhone case... The case is as per the US military spec indicated, but the "Tempered Glass Protector" is or has been swapped for plastic. When queried they became rude... This is a Sham company. Don't buy !!!!

they are a fraud. They sent me a wrong case, I wrote an email telling them about it and never I got an answer.

Same as other review. My Samsung case doesn't fit even though it says it's the right make and model. Ignored 2 of my email requests so that the refund date passed and ignored a tweet. Finally responded to an email with a list of bullet points dictating costs for me to send it back. Awful company.

Do not buy from this company, they sent us very poor quality product and their cases don't fit at all. Paid over £ 7 for a Samsung case which is far too small and made from a cheap plastic. Asked for a refund so have been told to send this back to them on my own costs - yes to California - plus there will be 20% restocking charge hehe so not a point to send this over as it will cost me even more that I have already paid. Contact only via email and they send all over the same stupid response.

Utter dog poo purchased a case in novemeber 2017. By september 18 it had fallen apart. Its never been dropped, nothing. I asked for a replacement only to get told they will only replace before there imaginary 45 day period for international products. Another point their site says cellphonecases.com then at the top it says cell phone cases united kindom, very misleading would you say. ONLINE CROOKS everywhere

Having placed my order from the UK for a leather iPhone6 case, I decided to query whether the case advertised as iPhone6S would fit an ordinary iPhone6. I sent an email and was assured of a reply within 2 days but got none. A week later I sent another email asking about expected delivery date, and again got no reply. I therefore went on to Trustpilot and was horrified to see the wall-to-wall negative posts about poor product quality and service. My expectations were immediately reduced to expecting very little at all. Imagine my surprise today when I received my case, only 11 days after ordering. It was packed in an outer very nice black presentation box and the case inside was within a very nice material pouch. The case itself met all the advertised features and the quality looks and feels very good. I am so relieved and happy!! I've not gone to 5 stars because of the email failures. If there's no contact number they should provide a quick customer response by email.

Still not received my delivery over a month later. Does not clearly state delivery can take upto 20 working days therefore a month no wonder it's free! Does not take that long to ship from California. Don't bother ordering with them.
