Sells cheap cases & awful customer service. I bought 2 cases for my new iPhone 8 and they sent me the same product twice. When I wrote to them, they simply copied and paste the order confirmation, while I was telling them you did to ship the right product. Both cases I received are not fitting on an iPhone 8. As they are not cooperative, you can only chargeback if you do not receive the right product. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Item delivered within 10 days, which I think is pretty good coming from US. Really happy with LG G7 Zizo bolt case and at a really reasonable price. 2nd time I have ordered from them, really cant fault the service. Good work!!!!

Just got my Bolt case for my S9 today. Very happy indeed. I'm in the U.K. and only ordered it a week ago. Great products, great prices, fast service. Would definitely use these guys again.

I ordered a case for my mother when she upgraded her iphone and she wanted the same case she had (which i bought her from this company so, i was a repeat customer) and when i got the new case it wasn't what was advertised on the site. It was missing a place to insert a license or picture. I let them know and they wanted a picture of it. I replied saying "picture really"? it was $11.00 case and i had to be bothered with this? The reply was like no other i have EVER got from a company......"Yes, we require a picture (they could have stopped there and that would have been fine) if someone says something is incorrect. It is 2019. Snapping a photo of an item and sending it takes no more than a minute" - REALLY???? I NEEDED TO BE TOLD WHAT YEAR IT WAS??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT BUSINESS!!!!

Seen some really bad reviews on here. Ordered a Galaxy S9 case on 31st December. It arrived today, exactly what I ordered, very good quality case (Zizo bolt series Camo). It does come from America but is DHL tracked so you can see where it is constantly. Can only give 5 stars as had no issues at all with my order and happy with my case.

I ordered a phone case and was sent the wrong one. Sent an email to refund my money and I would send the case back. I received an email stating there was a 20% restocking fee and I was responsible for shipping and handling, And they insisted they sent the correct case. So, I replied back with, I am not paying a restocking fee for your mistake/ error, with screenshots of what I ordered and it was clearly not what I was sent. I am waiting on a reply back. I doubt I'll get another one. Don't waste your time or money.

Having just read so so many bad reviews from this company, I should have gone to the high street and bought my case for my new Samsung galaxy s9plus. The case arrived damaged, and despite of sending an awful lot of emails and photos of the damaged case along with an alternative email address to send more emails and attachments. This company has decided to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about sending me a damaged case. Just going chuck it in the bin now because the whole situation is rediculous. Going to the shop this afternoon and buy an undamaged one from a REPUTABLE COMPANY I CAN TRUST....... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....
