They debited my account but never sent the goods. I sent them an email and they failed to respond, now having to escalate to eBay and my credit card company to recover my money as it is clear they have no intention of giving a refund. Very dishonest company avoid them like the plague.

I ordered a phone screen protector and what arrived did not fit my phone. This was after waiting around 20 days for it to be delivered. The screen protector not wide enough to cover my entire screen and was clearly not as wide as my previous protector. I emailed the company straight away with photos to show that it was not suitable for my phone and was told 'the item is designed to leave a small perimeter around the edges uncovered to allow room for application of a phone case'. I explained that I had a case on my phone and that it was not advertised as only being suitable with particular cases. In fact, a case that covered the edges of the screen would inhibit the proper use of my phone. After I emailed again stating the item was not suitable and that I wanted a refund they advised I would need to return the incorrect item at my cost, and have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. I emailed again to state that was not reasonable given they provided the wrong item and again asked for a refund. They responded by emailing a cut and paste from their refunds policy that including the 20% fee and return of item at my cost. I reported this through Paypal and received a message from the company asking me to email them directly, which I did. They again wasted my time and did a cut and paste from their refunds policy in terms of me having to return the incorrect item at my expense and the 20% restocking fee being taken out of my refund. I explained AGAIN that the item was not suitable for my phone and was therefore advertised incorrectly and on that basis it was not right that I be out of pocket when it was their mistake. When they did not respond I lodged an official Paypal dispute. Paypal advised me they were seeking information from the seller and shortly after I was advised that I would receive a refund. It took almost 2 weeks and multiple emails to get the refund. I believe that I would not have received a refund had I not paid through Paypal. This company should have done the right thing straight away and provided a refund. I had provided them with proof but instead of doing the right thing they choose to drag this out and waste my time. I would never purchase anything through them again as it is not worth the risk. I will definately be paying for all internet purchases using Paypal!

I have used this company 3 times and never experienced any problems whatsoever, which is why I cannot understand the appalling reviews.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. Their stock control seems to have major issues, in my case the cover I thought I was ordering turned out to be incorrect, their response was to blame me.

UPDATE Since this review the company contacted me and explained the case was for the American version of the phone which is slightly larger and they have issued a full refund. Ordered a phone case for my daughter's phone. Never received confirmation of my order, didn't realise it was coming from the US. When it finally arrived I was not impressed with the quality a cheap plastic cover with a cardboard insert but daughter was happy so thought it would do. She put it on the phone and found the case doesn't actually fit the phone - it is too big and not fit for purpose. Emailed the company and have since heard nothing! Checked returns policy and I will certainly not be paying for international shipping to return it.

Ordered phone case then read all reviews and panicked as was 24 hrs before received email order confirmation. Did not know company was based in America however they did provide tracking information, and the right case arrived today as notified, well packaged. Would use again but now know delivery will be about 10-14 days.

they sent the wrong case. Then told me I was lying about what case I purchased. Even though I had a screen shot of the page. They are very rude when you query anything, telling me I’m personally wrong. 0 customer service, everyone save yourselves the ball ache honestly they’re scumbags. No number for them, nor confirmation email, so they assume there’s no evidence. Then they just change your order to whatever they’ve sent you it’s unbelievable! They also act like they’re an English site, but it’s American so that makes sending back parcels a waste of time & money. Which is why they do it so they can get rid of the stock they have lots off, instead of selling us the case we ordered!

Been shopping here for years now. Just upgraded to the iphone xr. Big selection of cases for this thing. Got a 3 pack screen protector along with the case and charger. Thanks
