I ordered a phone case for an Iphone 8. They advertised as being CellphonecasesUK.com. After placing the order and receiving no confirmation, even though it said despatched within 24 hours of placing an order. I had a closer look and discovered NO address in the UK only California USA. I promptly sent two emails saying if this was the case CANCEL my order as I wanted a case immediately, to protect my phone. Both emails were sent before their shop even opened. So in plenty of time to do something about it! Regardless of this they totally disregarded my requests and despatched it anyway to secure the order. They therefore have no interest in their customers only in making sales and I am now left with a phone case that is useless to me!!! My wife ordered one on Amazon for me which arrived the very next day!!!

Order 2 cell phone cases Over three months ago they canceled the order and never issued a refund I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau also PayPal got my money back for me

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS! Take a look at Better Business Bureau's website and do a search -- even BBB doesn't get a response from them! VERY SHADY to deal with. I received the wrong cellcase so returned it and requested the correct case, and paid for return shipping, including a letter with the exchange item details. 3 weeks went by, I heard nothing, so sent them a status inquiry. They responded that they shipped it. I stated I didn't receive it and asked for tracking #. They replied they don't do tracking but said they would send out another, and even went further to say they would provide tracking info this time if I had another issue. 2 weeks went by, nothing! So I inquired again, and they recanted and said they do not have tracking info. **POSTING THIS IN HOPES OF SAVING SOMEONE ELSE THE HASSLE I EXPERIENCED, AND THE LOST MONEY**

This Company is greedy piece of crap Devilish Satantic beast!! He or she charges a rotten 20 percent restocking fee, I had to pay for the shipping to send the faulty case back, the case was $22.02, they refunded $17.62 I paid $4.90 for shipping. A total of $9.30 I lost for a case that was faulty!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVIL!!!!!!!!

I ordered a braided rope charging lead from this company, but was unaware that the order would be shipped from California until I looked at the reviews on Trustpilot. I also found out that other people who have bought this product reported that they will only charge the i phone when it is connected from the computer. When the lead eventually arrived, as I expected it would not charge when connected to a plug and plugged into a mains socket. I have reported this to the company but am not holding my breath that I will get any satisfaction.

Ordered iPhone case and paid for it with PayPal on February 1 had no response as to my order being placed after two days emailed them for a order number no response after four moore emails and six days i put in a dispute with PayPal and surprise surprise had an email next day to say it had been posted. And they had the cheek to say it was to late to cancel the order. Under no circumstance Deal with these people they do not deserve your custom.

Bought a strap for my samsung gear fit 2, it doesnt stay fitted to the fit so couldn't wear it as id lose it .....sadly a total waste of money

My daughter ordered a case for her Dad's new phone. Arrived in great time but doesn't fit his phone. I have made calls and sent emails with no response. I'm extremely disappointed. We just want an exchange. My husband has no protection for his new phone. We can order from someone else but not sure this company would give refund. We were keeping our options open for them, but guess we will order elsewhere. HELP!!!!! How do you make a company respond??
