I can't get my medicaid or Medicare to link up where they had united health complete.Well, someone dropped the ball.And for the last 2 years, I haven't been able to get medical treatment for my cancer in my other stuff.So united health is a bust , I would not recommend them even if my life depended on it , and which it did my life did , and they backstabbed me on their s*** , they can all go to hell

These people are sorry, you have to go thru 1 automated idiot and the 5 human idiots and you will still have the same unanswered problem. Move to another company like I am

UHC continues to deny medicaide coverage, and keeps telling me different things they need for the coverage to be granted. 4 phone calls today along, DENIED. They deny, the employ agents who have no clue as to what to do and THEN THEY LIE AND SAY THE BENEIFT IS OK WHILE WE ARE STILL DENIED! UHC is making money on our misery. If you have a choice, NEVER EVER LET THESE MONEY HUNGRY GREEDY PEOPLE SELL YOU OR PROVIDE YOU COVERAGE, ALL THE DO IS DENY YOU WHAT YOU HAVE COMNG.

Every time I call customer service they tell me something different. In seven different calls, they said they would "reprocess" my claim, but it never happened. Then on the eighth call, they said the claim was never reprocessed and now I need to file an appeal. By now my bill is in collection. This is a mess.

United Insurance Team, Not that it will do abit of good! This review is to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received. United deserves a minus zero rating!! Despite the timely payment of monthly premiums, I have found the claims process to be consistently obstructive. It appears that while the collection of payments is expedited, legitimate claims are frequently denied without sufficient justification. This experience does not reflect the value or coverage promised to your clients. I

Ms. Tameko!!!!!!!! I hope that I spelled your name correctly because I want it to be known how excellent your customer service is!!! I started with United Health Care back in January and learned about my coverage in March; and it was only provided to me after I had emailed the case manager a couple of times. I am saying this because since March I have tried to find local providers to assist me with my vision and dental needs and was vastly unsuccessful. It was not until today that I called and got Ms. Tameko that my faith in humanity has been restored. Ms. Tameko was not only professional, attentive, proactive and courteous, but she actually called several providers for me as I would call, and no one would answer for me. Ms. Tameko searched providers in my area and stayed on the phone with me if in the event the provider could not accept my insurance and or if they did not have availability. I always say it cost you nothing to be kind to someone ... and Ms. Tameko proved that today beyond any doubt!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I am still smiling, thank you for being kind! I signed up for the Dental rider $44 month in Feb because I was getting dental work done. I went through 4-5 people and filed two complaint’s with Medicare. I was never able to use it because every Dentist (in network) that called to verify coverage was told I was not covered. I went back and forth for weeks and decided I would just drop the rider since they would never verify my coverage with Dentists. I have had 3 cases and every time they assigned it to a team I never could get them on the phone. Now they are trying to charge me $44 for something I didn’t or couldn’t access Their customer service is horrible. If I could I would cancel the whole policy.

If I could give 0 I would. Not only does UHC insurance not give two craps about its customers but they may be killing people by denying claims! I had my Dr. Schedule me for an in home sleep study in October. Which actually happened in mid December which I paid for out of pocket. When my doctor got the results he scheduled me for an in lab because I was mod to severe in January. United denied the claim 2 until March at which point I called them. They promptly blamed the Dr for not appealing the denial. The Dr strung me out until it was time for my CDL physical in May at which time the Dr failed my physical due to sleep apnea. Because of UHC I can no longer drive a commercial vehicle. My livelihood! Waiting between UHC and middle park health to get me the machine I need to treat sleep apnea which I have to pay every penny because they denied me on sleep study which in turn they will deny cpap machine cost. They are not all to blame. The government of the United States passed Obama care (single payer) and working people like me pay for every! I pay more than a house payment for insurance for me and my family and I wait 8 months and I'm still not done. Stop this single payer insanity now!
